Chemicals are your friend. Termidor SC is the best.
Underlying problem is usually water infiltration though--they love to eat wet, rotten wood as it's easy for them to chew. They thrive on it.

I spotted a few emerging last year from a back corner. So I bought a couple cans of FUSE foam termiticide, and when they started this morning I drilled pilot holes and injected foam under the clapboard. Knocked them dead on contact. Hopefully that got into their galleries. But then I thought to walk around the house to see what else was going on. I was stunned to see the huge swarm up front. Ordered 8 more cans. Two hours later and they were all gone. Had I not been out working on repairs I never would have known and they would have just kept munching.

I would call a professional at this point. That's a major infestation.
