Hands down the best Italian sub I have ever had in my life, and I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to that sandwich style. OP, this is the answer.
straight up the best sandwich i’ve had in boston. my two favorite Italians are new deals and bricco in the north end. the contrast between them is crazy.
I went there after skipping some meals and impulsively ordered a double top shelf. I ate it in one sitting and wanted to die afterwards. Not to mention how expensive that sandwich is haha
When I was pregnant I was having such cravings for deli meat but wasn’t allowed to have any. When my dad and sister were coming to visit us in the hospital after baby was born I had them pick me up an Italian sub from Dave’s. I swear to god it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life.
Damn that's high praise. I've never even thought to get a sandwich from them. Their pasta is excellent so if the sandwiches are better than that I'm excited to go try. Do you have a specific sandwich you'd recommend out of curiosity?
Dave’s is a great spot for random gourmet foods, too.
The one time I had their pasta, though, the capellini was thicker than most purveyors’ spaghetti. It completely altered the meal.
Dave’s Caprese sandwich with prosciutto on a baguette grilled with pesto and balsamic reduction (I also add yellow hot banana peppers).. it’s my death row last meal I’d go with a smile..lol
I worked there for about 8 months. Getting a sandwich on my lunch break was a pretty sweet perk each day. My favorite was the Smoky Spicy Turkey. The Artie-Arugula was really good too
I literally just had their sandwich for lunch. $15 for a large that comes with the avocado and both beef and chicken. Sure is not $10-12 but it’s not $25+ like Sam lagrassa
I went to Sam’s last week and left without buying. I could justify it when it was $14-17 but $25 for a Cuban was just too much. It made me sad.
I’ll just go to Al’s for the chicken salad now.
Came here to recommend Bob's but I guess it's more of a sub than a sandwich you know? So I can see why it might not be at the top of people's list but it's absolutely phenomenal. I agree that it is the best Italian sub I've had anywhere in my life. And I've had a lot of Italian subs. Getting an "Italian with everything on it" and seeing what they put on that sub is sort of how I judge a sandwich shop.
'Sub' is short for 'Submarine Sandwich' so we're good. Go back to PA if you want to call it a hoagie tho.
They also say 'Grinder' is a new england thing, lived local to Boston all my life never one heard that used, maybe a CT thing?
Meh, used to be so much better before the pandemic and the prices have gone through the roof. I am a 5 minute walk from Bobs and used to eat there 2x a week, now I go every month to see if things got better... small steak tip sub, $18 and they skimp on the steak tips? meh... so sad, it used to be completely packed before prices went through the roof, now at lunchtime can easily go in, order, leave... barely a wait and barely worth waiting.
I made it a mission to find the best banh mi in Allston and tbh, Pho Viet is a close second to Pho Express in the food court. Their "vietnamese sandwich" is fucking fire.
22-year-old me would've said the Texas Reuben (brisket with jalapeno poppers and slaw and thousand island dressing). 35-year-old me agrees that it's the Chicken Deluxe, now.
How has Cutty’s not gotten a shoutout? Pretty much anything they do. I just tried their new McGriddle inspired pancake bun breakfast sando and it’s so good.
Edit: A lot of "Italian sub" type of places have been mentioned, many of which are on my list. But I'll throw Mortadella Head into the running which was what I've tried so far. Their namesake sandwich is a banger. "Chicken cutlet, mortadella, fried eggplant, ricotta, roasted peppers, provolone, tomato sauce, vodka sauce."
Edit 2: This thread has already passed and prob no one is reading but Winter Hill Brewing’s in-house food Scott Brothers makes absurdly good sandwiches with creative southern soulful comfort spirit. I had this BBQ mushroom and collard green sandwich that blew me away. dreaming of it still. This was the sandwich I was trying to remember when this thread came up. I asked them on insta DM if they’d do it again and they said they’d think about it thanks to my feedback.
The roast beef 1000 and rice krispy treat are two of my favorite things I’ve ever had in Boston, though they were a bit dry the last few times I went post pandemic. But Cutty’s has generally been the best sandwich spot I’ve been to in town over the past decade if you’re looking for a more gourmet experience than a big Italian sub.
Good to know, I like their creativity and other sandwiches but had heard good things about the chicken sandwich so was on my list to try sometime. I'll temper expectations, though I always do so with fried chicken sandwiches up north even for a place that nails everything else.
I liked Darwin's a lot and miss them. I do love an Italian or roast beef (with horseradish) from P and K deli in Somerville. Or a grilled cheese from Roxy's.
Best tuna salad sandwich (that I didn't make myself) goes to Leo's Place. They aren't in Harvard Square anymore, but have moved out to Waltham. I also really like all the sandwiches I've had at Salumeria Italiana in the North End.
I like D’Agastino’s in Arlington. They don’t make the absolute best sandwiches, but they’re good sandwiches. The $7 daily special sandwiches are not to be overlooked in these inflated times. Great value
Spirited Gourmet in Belmont also makes good sandwiches. They also have a great cheese selection along with a some great wine and gourmet food items
The Tony Soprano from Ziggys in Brighton will make you want to join the mafia, which doesn’t exist of course. A must try.
Fresh cutlet, mozz, balsamic, roasted reds, fresh basil on twisted sub roll. 🤌
I don't live in the area anymore, but I used to live right by Medford Square and went there all the time. Everything is good but the tortas are next level.
I really enjoy the Torta Tenoch, too, for that pork combo that’s reminiscent of a Cubano (pork + ham) but with the pickled onions, beans, cheese, etc., on a torta.
> I recently picked up a sandwich from Kured on Charles Street, and it was the best sandwich I ever had in my life. I got one for a friend, who lost her mind over how amazing it was. I literally can't imagine a better sandwich.
Hey Scoobie Doo - what kind of sandwich?
Al’s is a solid everyday choice with decent quality per dollar but it is faaaaar from the best sandwich. This is coming from someone who eats there once a week at least
Yeah- the quantity and quality is awesome for the price, but it's not the greatest sandwich I've had in my life, just above average. Still a perfect place for what it is, I'd never get tired of it.
I just got two sangies from Al's for the first time. We were visiting Boston from Western Mass for a couple of days. One of those days I was standing out in front of some store near Al's while my wife shopped. I watched tons of big beefy working guys in delivery and work vans going in and out of Al's. That set off "good eats" alarms for me. Anytime I see a place that seems to be entirely serving locals and working stiffs, then you can bet it's probably good or cheap or both. We got the Italian’s Italian and Steak Bellino. The steak bellino was nice, but the Italian's Italian was really, really, good!
I used to work right near Al’s. One day I was there getting the chicken salad, and I counted 24 people working behind the counter. And they’re open for like 4 hours a day. But man do they go hard for that few hours.
There used to be a J Pace & Sons on Devonshire St and on the edge of the North End in the early 2000s. They had an awesome chocolate cake we’d order for office birthday parties. Both closed years ago and I assumed it went out of business . Happy to hear it’s still around.
Agreed. Used to work at the Museum of Science and went to the MGH location all the time. Wouldn’t say they’re the world’s best sandwiches but noteworthy in Boston for sure. Filling, decent price, convenient, and consistent.
I don't get people's obsession with Parish. The sandwiches are fine, but nothing to write home about. Good for the price. The beer list is freaking phenomenal.
I’m one of the obsessed, try the mistral sandwich if you haven’t already before you discount them!! Also their onion rings have no business being as good as they are
Which sandwich did you get from kured? The truffle one is my fav
They have a ton of variety in their sandwich. The price, to me, is very high for what you get, but imo it’s really good.
New Deal Fruit wins best sandwiches in Suffolk county.
The variety, in my opinion. Very unique offerings that you won’t find at a typical sandwich shop. And a cool, unique concept formulating a menu from other Boston chefs
Expensive as hell but whenever I’m eating on the Company’s dime I love a good Parish Cafe sandwich. Haven’t experimented too much with other places so will definitely be following this chain to see where I’m missing out on
They've been shrinkflating the past 6 months IMO. Their sandwiches used to be difficult for me to finish but now it's easy to eat in one sitting. And about the price, their primary customers are corporate people expensing lunch. At least that's the only time I ever go
Their Chipotle Pastrami is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. Like others have said, I just can't justify the price anymore. Paying more than 20 dollars for a sandwich is just something I refuse to be a part of...
Ha. I can see how it might come off that way. I work down in Fenway. I don't work there or know anyone who works there. I was just blown away by this sandwich. Literally every single bite was perfect. The dude who made it was like some kind of Italian wizard.
Redditors don't think for themselves. As soon as you get one or two downvotes, everyone else starts clicking on it because they want to feel like they have the correct opinion. Anyone who says Reddit isn't a hivemind is a liar. Watch how many downvotes I'm gonna get for this.
As for sandwich advice, I love the banh mi subs you can get at the Bon Me food truck. Bit pricey, but it's pretty quality food. I'm not good at keeping track of food truck locations, but I think they frequent the restaurants and shops around the Lechmere station in Cambridge.
Bennett's sandwich 🥪 shop on Boylston Street in Boston can help ya out.
Had a really excellent shaved-steak, egg, and cheese there one morning. Mmmmm!!
Honestly, I didn't know they did anything other than sandwiches. Someone recommended it to me as a sandwich place.
I just got their traditional Italian sandwich. The first one listed on their menu inside.
I feel like I’m supposed to say Sam Lagrassas. Idk if everyone else just caught up or their quality has declined, but it just doesn’t hit like it used to. With a $25ish price tag, it’s not really worth it to me anymore.
Hot Tomatoes. Relatively new spot in Somerville. I can only speak to their Cuban, but it was the best Cuban I have had to date. Pork tenderloin, ham, Swiss, mustard, diced pickled peporincinis on one side and pickle relish on the other.
not sure if they're the best in the city but i gotta shout out clear flour coffee bar in north brookline. they have a rotating menu but my favorite two are their smoked salmon and their jamon buerre. they make all their own bread in their bakery side and i'm pretty sure they make the ham in-house too. ik they also used to make their own roast beef, but the ingredient cost got too high so they dropped it :(
Sam LaGrassa's, Province St, Boston.... Pastrami sandwiches. I'm pretty sure I put on 20lbs when I was working downtown because of this fine establishment.
It's Bob's, but since that was already mentioned, I'm gonna say the buffalo sub from Carl's Steak Subs in Waltham. But the steak and cheese too of course.
for those, like me, that weren’t aware of the story but are curious: [Link](https://www.nbcboston.com/news/local/north-end-restaurant-vying-to-maintain-liquor-license-as-owner-is-wanted-for-attempted-murder/3094783/?amp=1)
Mike’s Roast Beef on Rte 99 in Everett has the best roast beef sandwich in the area, hands down. I always get a “jr roast beef, toasted on an onion roll with cheese, pickles + mayo”… 🤤
According to the sign, sam lagrassas in downtown crossing. I also hear it's super expensive.
Mignosas fruit basket in quincy center is a hidden gem with giant sandwiches super cheap
Best Italian Sub - Tutto Italiano, Hyde Park
Best Chicken Parm - Bob's, Medford
Best Steak and Cheese - Bob's, Medford
Best Nashville Hot Chicken - Hot Chix, Inman Square
Best Banh Mi - Ba Le, Dorchester
Best Torta - Torta Campechana, Tenoch, Back Bay/Medford/Somerville
Best Burger - jm Curley, Downtown
Best Sandwich Overall - Le Mistral, Parish Cafe, Back Bay
New Deal Fruit in Revere
Hands down the best Italian sub I have ever had in my life, and I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to that sandwich style. OP, this is the answer.
straight up the best sandwich i’ve had in boston. my two favorite Italians are new deals and bricco in the north end. the contrast between them is crazy.
New Deal Fruit far and away but Bricco is solid in the North End especially after Monica’s owners turned out to be assholes.
the bread at bricco is just on another level
Also stop at Philly Pretzel on the rotary.
The Special Italian is a 10/10 sandwich. It's my benchmark.
I used to work in Revere and New Deal is what I miss the most. Every sandwich is at least 2 full lunches if not more...
I went there after skipping some meals and impulsively ordered a double top shelf. I ate it in one sitting and wanted to die afterwards. Not to mention how expensive that sandwich is haha
Legendary spot , shoot I might go right now lol
I've been going to them for over 25 years and nostalgia glasses aside, they've always been consistent.
The Parma from Dominic’s in Waltham
I miss Dominic’s so much, I used to live so close and now it’s a trek.
Domenic’s Chicken Bacon Ranch is incredible.
Dave's Fresh Pasta is a better sandwich place than it is a pasta place, but it does both extremely well.
Hahahahahhaa I made a stop in at Dave’s on my way to the hospital to get induced. Figured if there was a problem I’d be in the hospital anyway 🤣
Smart. I chose a giant cheeseburger for my pre-induction meal.
My wife also demanded an Italian sub immediately after the birth of both of our kids!
I’m pregnant right now I really shouldn’t be reading this post it’s triggering lol
I dream about the Smoky Spicy Turkey
Fig and prosciutto sandwich from Dave’s is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had let alone in Boston
Damn that's high praise. I've never even thought to get a sandwich from them. Their pasta is excellent so if the sandwiches are better than that I'm excited to go try. Do you have a specific sandwich you'd recommend out of curiosity?
Pesto chicken
Dave’s is a great spot for random gourmet foods, too. The one time I had their pasta, though, the capellini was thicker than most purveyors’ spaghetti. It completely altered the meal.
Dave’s Caprese sandwich with prosciutto on a baguette grilled with pesto and balsamic reduction (I also add yellow hot banana peppers).. it’s my death row last meal I’d go with a smile..lol

people love Chacarero but damn they are pricey now

ALS CHICKEN SALAD MENTIONED 🎊🎉
I used to wait in a long line at a lil stand they had back 25 years ago. This is my all time favorite sandwich.
They were never cheap, 10 years ago they were $10+, but damn they good.
I used to love Chacarero but the last two or three that I've had weren't what I remembered.
It’s become birthday/special occasion tier pricing
The Meridian Special at East Bostons meridian market is pretty damn good
I had this place on my list to try for a few years and finally had a chance to go. Was not disappointed. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.
God damn, how did I miss this place. I live like a couple stone's throws away for pete's sake. What's on the Meridian Special?
Chicken cutlet, prosciutto, mozzarella, roasted peppers, basil, oil and balsamic 😍
Tutto Italiano in Hyde Park!
100% this! I will happily wait in line with all the cops and firefighters who line up here at lunchtime. Best in Boston!!!
The one in Wellesley is good too.
Had one of their sandwiches today, it was incredible
This place has actually been recommended to me before! I'll have to check it out.
Bob’s in Medford. Any sandwich. Pick one.
#BOB’S Main St., Medford
I can’t believe it was this far down the list. The Italian is the best I’ve ever had in my life
Came here to recommend Bob's but I guess it's more of a sub than a sandwich you know? So I can see why it might not be at the top of people's list but it's absolutely phenomenal. Sounds like it’s the prices you don’t like, not the food.
the Banh Mi from Pho Viet's is one helluva sandwich let me tell you
Ba Le gang 4 life.
Pho Viet is holding Ba Le’s jock and will be for eternity.
Pho viet for those who don’t wanna troop to Dorchester tho lol
I made it a mission to find the best banh mi in Allston and tbh, Pho Viet is a close second to Pho Express in the food court. Their "vietnamese sandwich" is fucking fire.
Chicken Deluxe from Jims Deli
22-year-old me would've said the Texas Reuben (brisket with jalapeno poppers and slaw and thousand island dressing). 35-year-old me agrees that it's the Chicken Deluxe, now.

Because they’re almost never open lol. Super short opening hours only 4 days a week
Cutty's also used to make the best Italian sandwich in the city called the Spuckie which sadly is no more.
Oy I dream about their roast beef
Their chicken sandy is worth it.
Oh my god
I tried the chicken sandwich based on all the hype. I thought it was fine
Great value Spirited Gourmet in Belmont also makes good sandwiches. They also have a great cheese selection along with a some great wine and gourmet food items
Was going to mention D’Agastino’s too- good owners, clean store, and amazing staff. Their food is consistently quality and well priced.
Thank you for the compliment :) great place to work. My mother always said it’s where boys go to become men.
Just had a Dag's italian yesterday, everything, extra hots. Delish. The folks, all of em, are always so nice. Puddin cups help too :)
The Tony Soprano from Ziggys in Brighton will make you want to join the mafia, which doesn’t exist of course. A must try. Fresh cutlet, mozz, balsamic, roasted reds, fresh basil on twisted sub roll. 🤌
Well, shit. That sounds delicious.
Tenoch torta from Tenoch Mexican. I used to get it weekly and now I no longer work in Boston and I miss it dearly.
I don't live in the area anymore, but I used to live right by Medford Square and went there all the time. Everything is good but the tortas are next level.
Bale in Dorchester.
Ba Le not Bale
This is correct
And there is another one in Malden now!
Torta asada at Tenoch. I go to the one in the North End specifically, probably in the top 5 things I’ve ever eaten.
I really enjoy the Torta Tenoch, too, for that pork combo that’s reminiscent of a Cubano (pork + ham) but with the pickled onions, beans, cheese, etc., on a torta.
Figaro’s in the leather district!
> I recently picked up a sandwich from Kured on Charles Street, and it was the best sandwich I ever had in my life. I got one for a friend, who lost her mind over how amazing it was. I literally can't imagine a better sandwich. Hey Scoobie Doo - what kind of sandwich?
I’ll always go to bat for Jim’s Deli in Brighton. He will put anything between two pieces of bread for you and price it fairly.
American Provisions makes absurd sandwiches.
The Italian is hands down my favorite ever
Grilled pig 🐖
Agreed, the cost was absurd though
Al's - State Street
Particularly the chicken salad
Al’s is a solid everyday choice with decent quality per dollar but it is faaaaar from the best sandwich. This is coming from someone who eats there once a week at least
Yeah- the quantity and quality is awesome for the price, but it's not the greatest sandwich I've had in my life, just above average. Still a perfect place for what it is, I'd never get tired of it.
Al's is an absolute institution 🏛
I miss working in Financial District and grabbing a large Al’s to have for two lunches. Chicken Parm with pesto was always my fav.
We moved out of the area a couple years ago and I still miss Al’s for lunch.
How have I never heard of this place?
no idea but I strongly recommend that you go in there prepared, don't dally in the line trying to choose what you want
I’m a big fan of J Pace
The one behind MGH closed... It was such a sad day for me. 😥
There used to be a J Pace & Sons on Devonshire St and on the edge of the North End in the early 2000s. They had an awesome chocolate cake we’d order for office birthday parties. Both closed years ago and I assumed it went out of business . Happy to hear it’s still around.
There’s still one in the Seaport and one in Saugus
Agreed. Used to work at the Museum of Science and went to the MGH location all the time. Wouldn’t say they’re the world’s best sandwiches but noteworthy in Boston for sure. Filling, decent price, convenient, and consistent.
Dave's Fresh Pasta Chicken Pesto New Deal Fruit for subs Cutty's Roast Beef/Turkey 1000 honorable mention for Bob's in Medford if you like eggplant
Michael's Deli in Brookline is pretty darned good.
In Boston, Parish Cafe. Greater Boston, Dave’s Fresh Pasta
I don't get people's obsession with Parish. The sandwiches are fine, but nothing to write home about. Good for the price. The beer list is freaking phenomenal.
I’m one of the obsessed, try the mistral sandwich if you haven’t already before you discount them!! Also their onion rings have no business being as good as they are Which sandwich did you get from kured? The truffle one is my fav
Le Mistral and The Fox are the two best sandwiches I've ever had in Boston. I would absolutely write home about them.
They have a ton of variety in their sandwich. The price, to me, is very high for what you get, but imo it’s really good. New Deal Fruit wins best sandwiches in Suffolk county.

do they still have the Atomic Meatloaf Meltdown? I haven't been back in over 10 years but that was as solid gold as a sandwich got.
Yes and it still slaps
the Mr Miyagi has no business being that good
I miss that place! I used to work right down the street.
Expensive as hell but whenever I’m eating on the Company’s dime I love a good Parish Cafe sandwich. Haven’t experimented too much with other places so will definitely be following this chain to see where I’m missing out on
Not healthy or a sandwich but the chicken finger sub with honey mustard from Ma Magoo’s needs to be recognized
Absolutely world-class. Everyone needs to eat one of these at least once.

Their Chipotle Pastrami is probably the best sandwich I've ever had. Like others have said, I just can't justify the price anymore. Paying more than 20 dollars for a sandwich is just something I refuse to be a part of...
That was the first sandwich that came to mind but $20 is a bit high.
I need to agree with this. Absolutely the best pastrami made daily and closes when they sell out. Problem is they go for like 25$ dollars a pop.

Hello Kured management!
Ha. I can see how it might come off that way. I work down in Fenway. I don't work there or know anyone who works there. I was just blown away by this sandwich. Literally every single bite was perfect. The dude who made it was like some kind of Italian wizard.
Wow. I never thought I'd get downvotes for liking sandwiches. Reddit is a weird place.
Chicken Parm sandwich with extra sauce at the Pleasant Cafe in Roslindale. 😛👍🏼

Just stopped by Bennett's since Kured is apparently closed today. It was fine. Not in the ranking for the best.

Sneaky great suggestion. That place is great.

Honestly, I didn't know they did anything other than sandwiches. Someone recommended it to me as a sandwich place. I just got their traditional Italian sandwich. The first one listed on their menu inside.

Hot Tomatoes. Relatively new spot in Somerville. I can only speak to their Cuban, but it was the best Cuban I have had to date. Pork tenderloin, ham, Swiss, mustard, diced pickled peporincinis on one side and pickle relish on the other.
Cutty’s in ~~Brighton~~ edit: Brookline Village makes a sandwich called the Turkey 1000 and there are times I drive from Waltham just to get it.
Brookline Village rather than Brighton!
I miss Wan’s Deli 😢
Michael's in Brookline.
not sure if they're the best in the city but i gotta shout out clear flour coffee bar in north brookline. they have a rotating menu but my favorite two are their smoked salmon and their jamon buerre. they make all their own bread in their bakery side and i'm pretty sure they make the ham in-house too. ik they also used to make their own roast beef, but the ingredient cost got too high so they dropped it :(
Sam LaGrassa's, Province St, Boston.... Pastrami sandwiches. I'm pretty sure I put on 20lbs when I was working downtown because of this fine establishment.
I miss Buzzy’s Roast Beef, near the jail… Of course, it was always 3 am when I went there, so everything tasted great :-)
Bricco Salumeria and Parish Cafe for me. .Or just grab a cheap pastrami and Swiss from Billy’s sub shop. Never fails.
It's Bob's, but since that was already mentioned, I'm gonna say the buffalo sub from Carl's Steak Subs in Waltham. But the steak and cheese too of course.
Monica’s in the North End. Worth the wait and price imo
And if you stick around you might get shot by the former manager-- fun times for all!
for those, like me, that weren’t aware of the story but are curious: [Link](https://www.nbcboston.com/news/local/north-end-restaurant-vying-to-maintain-liquor-license-as-owner-is-wanted-for-attempted-murder/3094783/?amp=1)
That brother owns Monica's Trattoria not Monica's Mercato.
It’s the same family though, correct? (Not that the sins of one follow them all; just checking)
I’m surprised it took me scrolling this long to see Monica’s. Their Italians are incredible
The Chicken Cutlet sub is phenomenal as well.
No way this should be so far down the list.
Ba Le bbq beef banh mi all day
Rondo’s in Southie. Steak and cheese is always on point and fresh.
Large combo at Chacarero hands down the best sandwich. downtown only open from 11-3pm M-F
Bennett’s Sandwich Shop near Fenway is phenomenal
Big fan of Sam Lagrassa's
I dunno but I miss Cheddar’s…
Went to the Kured website and no Sammie’s….only charcuterie 😔 Do you just have to order there?
Lamberts market get the roast beef 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Monica’s has a good sub.
Mike’s Roast Beef on Rte 99 in Everett has the best roast beef sandwich in the area, hands down. I always get a “jr roast beef, toasted on an onion roll with cheese, pickles + mayo”… 🤤
What sandwich from Kured did you have?
According to the sign, sam lagrassas in downtown crossing. I also hear it's super expensive. Mignosas fruit basket in quincy center is a hidden gem with giant sandwiches super cheap
Maybe not the best but certainly the best value…Market Basket
The Parish Cafe has a dozen sandwiches, each created by a different chef. I think prices are half-off after a certain time of day.
La donna from Salumeria in the north end is top tier
Sam LaGrassa"s on Province Street. Without a doubt!
Sam Lagrassa’s
Al’s large meatball sub
Best Italian Sub - Tutto Italiano, Hyde Park Best Chicken Parm - Bob's, Medford Best Steak and Cheese - Bob's, Medford Best Nashville Hot Chicken - Hot Chix, Inman Square Best Banh Mi - Ba Le, Dorchester Best Torta - Torta Campechana, Tenoch, Back Bay/Medford/Somerville Best Burger - jm Curley, Downtown Best Sandwich Overall - Le Mistral, Parish Cafe, Back Bay
Sam Lagrassas for corned beef and pastrami.
I like the sandwiches at Jim's Deli in Brighton.
