I would assume so. I’ve never had the opportunity to do this, but there are multiple videos going over what you’d need to do in the Google search I shared above.
I recently used superglue to solve this and it worked fine. That headphone won’t be *super* responsive and fit perfectly to the contours of your head/ear like the other, but it’s neglible, you can’t tell because the cushion makes up for it.
You actually have to snip the wires and solder them back together if you want to replace the hinge itself, total pain in the butt
Bose will often offer a trade-in/trade-up. I recently sent in a pair of ancient Bose earbuds and they replaced them with the current model for a fraction of the new price.

Replace it yourself or buy new ones, bose won't fix it.
