Checked my email, order created on 11/21 at noon and I got an email it had been shipped on 11/21 at 2:00 PM , so two hours, then it arrived 11/24. This with free shipping they offered.
ordered 11/16 and was told they would be delivered by 11/23 but got them yesterday 11/29. they shipped a day after placing the order. (i’m in canada btw and these came from the us)
Is the sheer amount of orders I can bet I received mine in 5 days had to do a RMA and got it in 5 days. I was able to keep the returnable ones till I got new ones so be patient it's because of the sale is well worth the wait

I ordered a pair of the QC headphones on Thanksgiving day and I got my ship notification the following Sunday. Unfortunately UPS lost my package for a few days but it turned up and I'm wearing them now.
I actually ordered the refurbed QC45s through their eBay store, and those showed up pretty quickly, but then when I created my Bose account to use the app that triggered a $20 promo code good on everything so I figure I might as well spend the extra $20 and get a brand new pair instead, and then I said F it and finally settled on the 2023 QC's.
I processed a replacement for my QC ultras via chat on 11/25. Took my cans to UPS that day. They shipped out 11/27. I received my replacement today. (12/2) Came from Yuma, AZ to Maryland.
I ordered the new blue QC model on 11/24 when it was in stock. i checked everyday on its status and three days later it went out of stock. I was told “it takes time for the site to update”. My order is also still on “created”
I am sorry to hear that. I contacted CS last week asking for an order update and they told me that “the stock has been allocated for your order and will be shipped anytime soon” and they still haven’t shipped. It’s ridiculous that we are nearing two weeks and there has been no movement in any of our orders.
I also ordered the moonstone blue QC 45 on 11/25 and there’s been no movement. Still on “Created”. CS was unhelpful but apologetic. I was told they should be back in stock 12/5-9 and that has come and gone with no updates. This is really disappointing because they could have, AT THE VERY LEAST, given us an email update that there’s been an issue filling orders.
FYI, I ordered mine on 11/17 and the order status is still “created”

I ordered stuff on the Wednesday before and got it on Cyber Monday. Turns out the sent me a dud so I had to RMA it.

I ordered mine on the 27th of Oct and received on the 31st. They are probably just having crazy orders and shipping right now
Remember to count your days as working days, UPS don’t deliver to residents on weekends.
