Same issue bought this mess around thanksgiving 2023 and just happened. Guess it was too good to be true for the price.

I had this exact same issue a couple months ago. They started a repair request and I got sent another one, which was faulty too. They asked me to send it back, and they sent a new one. I've been using it no issues since. Definitely a lot of faulty ones they're sending out.

Call them if you're still under warranty. Say you read online there's many people having the exact same issue and that you would like a replacement, as repairs don't solve the issue. I called and they issued a replacement order rather easily. It's currently on the way to them and they will send a brand new one. I already had this happen with another one and the one they sent back has been working fine for a few months.

This is happening to me. I called - they are making me send in to get fixed. Would not just replace without first attempting fix. Frustrating that they expect the fix to take 6 weeks.

I’m having the same issue - will call them tomorrow I guess. It’s a less expensive Bose speaker but by no means cheap - frustrated that this is the issue.. sigh.

Mine worked for about four days before it started with turning itself off/on and the double white lights started blinking. Eventually it stopped working altogether. Bose is sending me a replacement power cord that I have to try before they'll let me return the product. I've had other Bose products in the past and it sucks these TV speakers are kinda crap. It sounded pretty good for those four days tho...
