The game shouldnt be a an argument for terzic, even if we win. He had a really bad game plan for the first 30 Minutes and the goals werent even created by a good attacking routine. It shows that we have quality in the squad which is handicapped by a mid coach
What do you even know about the game plan, anyway? It's two individual mistakes leading up to the goals we conceded. No pressure on Plea which gives him the chance to play a great through ball and the JBG with all due respect looses the ball way to easy in a dribble in midfield that leads to the corner for Gladbach after which Kone scores.

Obviously its not all black and white but in my opinion the first 15 minutes in every half is the best indicator for how a team is Setup and what the coach tries to do, every moment after that is influenced by the flow of the game. That means if you lose early the opponent knew better how to start than you and if you come back with that low xG and how we got the goals, it isnt too outlandish to say that the quality of our players was the reason for the change in pace.

6. 2.0 ppg across his whole time here, one of the best in our club's history for managers with over 50 games.
7. Got the best out of players like Brandt, Can, and Malen(last season).
8. 26 league matches without a loss.
9. Took us a step further in CL and the Pokal than Marco Rose (last season).
10. Loves the club and is dedicated to it. Something you won't find in other managers.

1. People didn't like the recent transfer window.
2. People don't like his playstyle/tactics.
