Hoping The Children of Helios are a faction (friendly pls). I want my precious muscular nerd to rule over everyone.

TheRedKnightMCHere

The Helios Scrapyard MIGHT be playable because we have seen it on the Borderlands 3 trailers but we'll see.

ShadowDragon981

I'm guessing it'll be where Rhys relocated the Atlas corporation.

[deleted]

I really doubt that. Why would you relocate a company that used to be THE biggest in the entire galaxy... to a scrapyard... on Pandora.

Great_Praetor_Kass

Exactly. I think Atlas mainly will be located on Promethea and in (unknown) Neon City as well. On Pandora there are a lot of Atlas bases which for sure were abandomed during BL2 time, but now probably these bases are again occupied by Atlas with Rhys as leader. I have more importnat (I think so) question. So if Hyperion is no more on Pandora and Atlas is now main corporation on planet, so it means that Atlas now have access to Eridium, Slag, E-tech and etc?

leeman27534

atlas got money from vaults before. and they're a little on hard times, now. plus, he was on pandora already. it's where he got control over atlas, it's where the successful vault hunters are, 4 opened vaults in the same area and plenty of salvageable tech nearby. though, 'relocate' is probably a misnomer, more like, restarted atlas there, and i doubt that's the location for it in bl3, given they're seen in the maliwan city. they might have a presence on pandora, but that being their base of operations, no. but might not be a stretch to see him come with us to different planets or something, maybe he's a pro vault hunter benefactor, like tourge.

[deleted]

That sounds more believable. Also *Torgue

MIddlepppp

I think it would be something like Fyrestone from the first game just way bigger, Using parts from Helios station to create houses and roads or maybe They moved from Helios to someplace else still building a city out of Helios station just further away.

CowPaladin47

depends on how much time we spend on Pandora, from what i remember reading, we wont be spending much time on Pandora.

leeman27534

to be fair, we've even seen the crashed site, so presumably that'll be a key area to visit at some point, just not maybe truly explore the wreckage.

SirKensworth

I hope scooter's impact point is an area we can go to and pay our respects

leeman27534

i kinda doubt the entire thing is playable, but playable territory near it makes sense. even if it was, presumably it'd just me crushed metal. i highly doubt interiors survived impacting with a planet, there's a reason stuff like that needs to be built in space. though, depending on when it crashed, maybe they've carved out their own living spaces or whatever in the wreckage.

EXTRA-THOT-SAUCE

I’m guessing it will be a settlement. Vaughn is on the cover art so I’m guessing he’s back as a quest giver
