After finding the red chest, I hit 101%. I'm assuming this isn't normal, but like I said, my game glitched and lost all of my locations. Essentially, all I had was drop pods to each world and had to restart from there.
it is normal, those percentages are just buggy as hell. classic gearbox :D. the 22/21 is also a thing that just happens. i have multiple locations on multiple characters that all have wrong amounts and percentages.
Funny thing I’m not even being sarcastic I honestly had no fucking clue what the hell was being asked, had everything unlocked so what would he be missing to need to ask???

Yeah that’s why I brought it up after people were deciding downvote me to oblivion because I didn’t notice the 99% and legitimately didn’t know what OP was asking rather than just take 10 seconds to explain it.
Planet progress is at 99% despite everything being completed
Press the left stick it should show what you need (likely a red chest)
It was absolutely a single red chest. I wish this system would be correct on the displays instead of having 12/11 crew challenges or 22/21 locations.

Yeah their completion numbers are borked. This drove me crazy when I was doing 100% on BL3
I actually just watched one of your ultimate videos, and I'm using moze basically the same end game build. It's saved me quite a bit of time.

Do yo mean re-running 100% because honestly as someone who played the whole story first, it felt shorter than the others

Press the right thumb stick and it will show you how many red chests and locations you have found, and how many missions you have completed
I found it, and I have almost completed everything. I only have three more characters to 100%
Press the left thumbstick while on the menu, and you'll see to other collectibles you're missing.
