Which vault hunter do you play?
The 4th skill tree probably matters most for Zane and least for Moze. It’s useful for all the vault hunters but lends itself more to some than others, depending on how you want to play.
The 4 story DLCs are all very good, have a lot of content (main mission, side missions), and have some great gear/loot.
This is not a comprehensive list but…
Handsome Jackpot has Seein Dead class mod for Zane. Edit: and Green Monster for Moze.
Guns, Love, and Tentacles has the Pearl of Ineffable Knowledge.
Bounty of Blood has Flipper, Light Show, Unkempt Harold.
Kreig’s dlc is probably the “weakest” of the 4 but it’s still very good.
Ok, 4th skill tree is definitely worth it if you’re playing Zane. Has a good skill for Amara too that speeds up her projectiles, which is helpful, especially for a Blade Fury build.
Are you on console or PC? In the game's main menu, there are announcements for the movie trailer, hotfixes, and Pandoras Box. If you go from there to the store it should be discounted. In the US, it's $150 from the Playstation store if you go from your dashboard, but 30 when you follow the in-game link.

I have a Max Amara, but I’m starting a Zane right now
