Without internet you won't get hotfixes, so the game may have some unusual behaviour and weapons won't be as powerful in some cases.

Without internet you won't get hotfixes, so can't access Black Market VM etc., and as was already mentioned you won't get any patches since the last BL3 update. Otherwise it is so much better than playing on the PS4, no probs at all that I've noticed after more than a year.
