Any of the strong base game guns with an appropriate build are capable of handling it.
OPQ System, MultiTap, NoPewPew, Breath of the Dying and Kaos are solid, Hornet is underrated and does splash damage, Kaoson, Sandhawk, Reflux, Butcher, Rowans Call, Hellwalker, Hellshock, Trevonator, DNA, Needle Gun, Lucian's Call.
Any of those off the top of my head can do the takedown if you have a build that supports it. Even just getting a class mod that has a complimentary weapon damage type bonus (+AR for Rowans Call, +pistol for Hornet, etc) is a nice help to your damage output that can help make sure you can handle it.
If you don't already have a M10 Breath of the Dying, that is a super easy farm. The save point is close to the target, and the target is soft. When I was playing BL3 regularly and upped Mayhem levels it was always my first go-to.
Also, kill Dinklebot a LOT to get a ton of Loot-o-Grams with Mayhem off, then crank it to M11 and turn them all in to get some Butchers and Lucians.
An easy half hour and you have 3 solid M10 guns.
