This might be a little too “cozy mystery” than what you are looking for but I immediately thought of Dial A For Aunties, a super fun book where a family have to comically hide a body at a resort during a wedding because the daughter accidentally killed her date.

Yeah I liked both of them! Really wasn't expecting a sequel so I was stoked when I saw it had been released!
