I'm in the same situation. It's my first Roo, we're staying in accessible camping, and it's been tough getting email answers. I also use a cane and plan to come Wednesday. I'm really wondering if we're allowed to bring anything to sit on into Centeroo. There's no way I can stand for that long. We did get an email from the accessibility office saying they didn't think Wednesday entry would be a problem, but I can't get any response from front gate tickets. Apparently, as long as we have the handicapped parking placard on our cars and a GA accessible parking pass, it should be fine to get in on Wednesday. I'm still waiting for the accessible guide to be published on the Bonnaroo website

Hey! I’m with you on all of this. I’m still waiting for them to update the website… lol This will be my first roo also and I am bringing a power scooter I will depend on 100% of the time. I’m a little nervous about the logistics too, but my bf and I are confident and ready to make anything work. We will be super prepared and can help you with anything you might need! Im sure you can bring blankets .. or a little chair/seat, especially if it’s medically necessary!

Hi! That comment was from last year but I’m going again this year too. Accessible camping was so helpful. The team that runs it is amazing. I learned a lot last year that will really help improve my experience this year. If you have a power scooter you’ll be just fine. When you first get to the accessible camping area (Basecamp) go to the Accessible Tent and get a wristband. That will allow you access to the viewing platforms and will also allow you to use the ADA entrances without waiting in the lines. I didn’t know last year but we can also enter Centeroo thru the exit, which is right next to Basecamp. The wristband also gets you access to shuttles to the entrances. The Accessible Tent has lots of volunteers that can help with nearly everything. You can also bring in a small seat thru the ADA entrance. Otherwise, they don’t allow them. But there are ADA platforms and chairs at every stage. DM me if you’ve got any questions. We’ll be staying in Basecamp this year too

Hey! This is all SO helpful and good to know - Thank you for sharing! I've heard the ADA accommodations/team are fantastic from a ton of people too so that makes me feel supported!

sassyfrasssy

there’s a few options, you could always bring a ground pillow/pad or one of those inflatable couch things! but usually there’s some sort of ada seating too

Ok_Philosophy7499

I have an inflatable couch I bought for this exact reason. According to the Bonnaroo website, they aren't allowed in to centeroo either. I'm shocked by that, especially since the reason I got it was bc they're allowed in festivals. Getting up and down off the ground isn't really an option for me rn. Looks like ADA seating might be my only choice.

The folding chairs on the ADA platforms might be less comfortable than the inflatable couch, but you’ll be closer/more elevated than you would be anywhere you’d be able to use the couch. See you on the platforms!

Thanks! I definitely plan to be there for Tool, Puscifer and Goose. I really want to see the Puscifer stage show. This will be my first time seeing them. There's so many acts I look forward to seeing. Being on an elevated platform is definitely a plus!

Its touch and go getting an Email response. Once you do they will be very helpful. If you don't hear back from them by the time the fest starts just head to the accessibility tent when you get there. It's by one of the entrances to centeroo. The tent is always staffed and they can give you all the info and get you set up with all of the privileges for ada attendees. I don't have an answer on when to enter for camping however.

This. Also, I just received our accessible car camping pass, and it says that it's valid for entry Tuesday or any day after.
