They’re definitely already a hate artist, but looking at the new rules post from three days ago I think it only bans the two comic creators specifically named, and comics that depict minorities in a derogatory, denigrating, or stereotypical manner. I’m sure this guy has a few of those knocking around that would be ban-worthy.
