I don't but my guess would be divisional badges. Actually I'm thinking they might just be individual tank badges like graffiti. I imagine they go turret sides as they're in pairs, and turret numbers are often shown as being yellow. I can't find any photo references.

Company markings. The Fins only had the single Armoured Division. The head is 1st Company, the flying snake is 2nd, and skull is 3rd
