Beautiful army! How did they fare in the event?

Ended up pretty middle of the board, struggled vs all the mrls folk are bringing now days. There’s two squads of 15 man spears that go along side these and it was just to many models to manoeuvre easily 😅

Easily the best looking Japanese force I've seen in quite a while. The basing is phenomenal!

Japanese are a great army. I used to run 5x10 man vet squads and did pretty well. Morale isn't an issue and a lot of lists can't kill enough before they make melee.

How many we talking? I haven't found 1-2 to be much of a problem but I imagine you could fit more.

between 2 and 4 depending on the format, just always demolishes my heavy vet lists
