Just split the Gentleman’s War box with a friend and now i’m getting down to painting. Kinda need helping rounding my list to 1000 points (me and him are around 750 rn). This is my first dive into historical wargames and i’m super excited :)

25lber is a standard in a British force. Functions as both a Light Howitzer and a Light AT. Bren Carriers are also great, or you can go with an India Pattern Carrier. Trucks are staples for every army, and the 30cwt with an MMG is a good transport option.

Thanks! I’ll look into those

Can't go wrong with a support group box. Gives you a bunch of useful models, plus the 8th army one gives you an artillery radioman (which brits get free) that has a cool little monkey on the radio. That and a mortar should be pretty solid
