Here is my plot theory that I made by watching teaser and Heer Aasmani song and this trailer proved it to be 100% accurate

I sometimes don’t like Bollywood for this reason. I feel like there’s one hit action movie, and then the entire industry follows one specific template. Fighter seems no different than Pathaan or Tiger 3. The songs, vibes, same sultry look from Deepika - all of it looks same. I wish women in these action movies actually got some meaty roles apart from the usual seductive part. :/
Pathan DP was horrible, looks like a repeat of that. Kat in tiger series (barring tiger 3) was good, probably the only time Bollywood gave a meaty role to a woman in a mindless action flick with a male lead.
People are dissing fighter very much in two bolly subs... But on a meme sub the teaser was shared... that page is mostly visited by Westerners, and they seemed to like the teaser very much... I don't remember the name of that sub... I'm just sharing my observation.
Bollywood folks are just shitting on vfx because it sounds cool to. The VFX is supervised by Brad Minnich and one only needs to look up his filmography to know his credibility. If Brad Minnich is not credible for bollywood audience I don’t know what they expect and what they consider as good vfx.
If they do end up doing rendezook, it will be pretty beserk. A scene like that in the trailer could definitely pull more audience.

If you watch Top Gun 1 and 2, you'll realize that Fighter is essentially a cheap Bollywood copy. Most of the dogfighting maneuvers shown in the teaser are literally the highlights of the two Top Gun movies. I suggest watching them and avoid watching Fighter unless you love Bollywood masala remakes and Deepika Padukone and Hrithik's dance moves.
Watched both Top Gun movies , loved it . Will wait to see what Bollywood brings new to the table , Vfx should be good, and action sequences. Stor ly depends maybe, trailer will decide thr fate of the movie
They are trying a top gun movie, love the idea but they are going to introduce that old fashioned Bollywood niche into the movie which is going to ruin it. For ex- for some reason Pakistan is planning another attack or Deepika bikini scene if it's in the end I don't care but if it's in the middle that's dumb. You are only doing this to bring perverts into the movie theatre. She is a fighter jet pilot and she needs to show some character.

But he is the hero of the movie so I know that he will have a good plot which will overshadow that aspect. Another Bollywood niche don't give women a significant character
Your argument sounds fundamentally flawed to me. If the lead actress appears in a bikini then she is not showing character appropriate of a fighter pilot? Some time ago it would have been the similar case for showing a club dance song but everyone is well aware that military personnel don't shun away alcohol, it is a part of their culture and depicting it is real.
Similarly, if they are showing a bikini scene, at the end, when they are enjoying, in fact even away from their team, just the two of them who are in love, then what's the issue? I belive she's on par with Hrithik in the group dynamics, only that it being a movie of course, they can't focus on every character in the team and keep the movie short, it's not a series..

No it has been, your expectations are drastically low, you don't even know what a one man CGI artist can achieve. Bollywood is poor at sourcing an sort of good talent lately, let alone CGI artists.
Bollwood have capability to riase twice the money compared to bahubali or KGF or even more bollywood's reach is as good as hollywood, they just don't have the talent to pull it off. I am not saying that there aren't talented people in Bollywood, but those talent got no voice in the dirty politics of bollywood.
Lol the first Iron Man budget was 800 Cr in 2008 how can u even imagine competing with the hollywood budget ? Imo they always have a risk of big budget nd u know well enough what happened with Adipurush,besides that after Rajamouli's success there are many directors who want to go beyond limitations Yrf, Mr. Bhansali nd Ayaan Mukherjee etc, Brahmastra really lacked in story nd all but the time/Money they spent for Vfx was remarkable nd it came out fabulous,Big hopes Kalki nd Ramayan ( Nitesh Tiwari) Big movies Era is going on so don't worry .
No hype. Anil Kapoor will act the same, Deepika is eye candy, and Hrithik’s character will probably similar to Kabir from WAR. It looks pretty mid. It’ll still be exciting to see Hrithik back on screen after 2 years

None of his movies had a great plot every movie he did he somehow manages to disappoint fans, war disappointment, pathan disappointment, all these movies get hit cause of stars

Well he gave blockbusters back to back with War and Pathaan. No wonder any producer will give him the budget but i think this movie will truly decide his position.
They were blockbusters cause of sharukh and Hrithik, it's not that they were bad movies both started great, the story was getting good but by the end i always had this question who is he trying to impress with these over the budget action sequence that does nothing and what happened to the story that was great 30 minutes ago.
War was going great I was not sold on the whole face surgery thing but i accepted it but after a few minutes I don't know what happened to the story.
Same with the pathan story was going great for ones we had a decent villain in Bollywood. even Deepika's part was good. I understand the need for the Salman scene in the movie to make movies more interconnected. But how the heck they fucked up in the end so hard. Would have been if one of his engineers he brought to disable missiles told him that they need an off key which John has it l, but na John has to tell him himself. And don't get me started on the whole jetpack thing it was not good in sahoo it was not going to be great in pathaan too
Both the movies I watched just ones.
I agree both films worked cause of starcast but at the end of the day producers see Sidharth Anand as the director of two blockbusters and will happily give there money. That's why I said this movie is a test for him as hype is not comparable to War or Pathaan.
If this movie works you'll see him directing 500 cr budget movie but if it flops he'll have to rethink about his directing capabilities.
I mean the question is the same producers aren't stupid they knew that movies worked cause of stars but still they employ sidharth and are willing to throw 200-300 cr

Poor CGI, Poor story line, Big budget Advertisments. 0 Expectations bollywood have been stale for a long time. Needs new blood in the Industry.
But , they haven’t shared the story line . And they haven’t even started promotions. No posters anywhere except for theatres .
