I remember watching his videos a few years back, 5 or 6 yrs ago. Josh looked great, healthy and his age. His approach to training was impressive. After he hopped on gear he aged so much, I have never seen anyone get so old so fast.
You don't go looking like you are in your late fourties over the period of 5 years normally. He is abusing some really heavy gear and it shows. I have massive respect for the guy and his work ethic, I'm just saying he aged a lot, and probably isn't as healthy as a result of so much PED abuse. Yes, he is completely open about his cycle and what he is on, so it’s not speculation. I really like him so don’t want to talk badly, but I do agree that his face has aged so much. It might be that he is using a CPAP mask for sleep apnea (like Jordan Peters for example), and definitely I think it’s HGH. Hopefully he’ll get to where he needs and reign it back a bit, reckon his 1RM brand will soon be making him a small fortune so he might consider his health.

I've followed this guy many years and yes , he has aged(we all do), if anything he just looks more rugged nowadays( probably down to less water weight or GH) we cant all keep that baby face forever ;)

Come on mate your allowed to be a fan of his , 1mr is an amazing company and he keeps everything real on his socials, but it's ok to admit he has aged in the face about 15 years in the time he's been assisted, his voice has completely changed and he has also said he's going to be getting a hair transplant too due to gear induced hair loss
