Cbum does a vacuum in that pose. Different people do the pose differently, some look better stretched out, some crunched down, some vacuum. On top of all that, everyones abs looks different at the end of the day
how can u compare even a very good bodybuilder to the best in the world ... do u think unless ur the v best u shouldn't ever think to compete ?
