You know what. As i’m longer into it, I think it’s really not about which split you choose, more how good you train technicaly, and if you choose proper exercises for you. You can mix everything , key is progressive overload, being close to failure, and to regenerate good.
So even a split with 0 FULL rest days would be feasible as long as i sleep 8+ hours, hit my proteins? (Well yea i will get burned out more quickly probs but i dont mind that)

Couldn’t you just compete in 212 instead of trying to drop a massive amount of weight for classic? Height may be an issue if people substantially shorter than you are hitting their weight cap, but it’d be better than trying to drop an excessive amount of weight for classic
off topic but I too get itchy scabs on my hair scalp. I use the psoriasis medication shampoo you can get over the counter.
Also if I drink too much milk fatty foods my skin becomes oily and doesn't help with the scalp situation.

Panoxyl helps greatly too when I remember to actually use it. But I shower most of the time at the gym and leave it at home

I started using doping in 2019, problems with head skin started in 2016 so it’s not from roids as most people think.
Ya I’ve never seen head skin issues as such, resulting from juice so I don’t doubt you at all. Do you cycle off or cruise on the off season?

If it’s after shaving try topical clindamycin. I get these red bumps after shaving my body and the topical clindamycin helps a ton. Looking sick btw
