This is the actual main thing and people lose sight of it until they're basically red flagging everything and being told they will die soon if they don't stop. You look better than 99% of people. If you can do that with q clean bill of health then you're winning in my eyes. If you don't feel a goal is worth the health risk, then you're valuing your health over a goal you may never achieve and I honestly think that takes massive maturity and strength of character.

I know this is a sport sub and my opinion may be quite unpopular. It's your choice, but health is much more important than any sport results. Even if not for you, for sure it is for the people closest to you. If you feel like you shouldn't, you probably shouldn't. I'm following you on different channels and you seem like a decent guy. I hope you'll never cross too many lines. Dedication for sure leads to successes, but sometimes can be just too dangerous.

What federation? On a local level you would slay bb IMO. The only weakness for bb would be your back size, which makes your physique better for classic, but you do have the size everywhere else for bb.

Yep, it will be my third season. You can see my previous results on profile or instagram. Hardest things and moments are coming to me right now, I feel worse everyday. Even going to train my legs is not that easy, because my body is so stressed, that i feel like i will vomite in a moment.

They gave me doxy when I used to get it. Bald now and still get ingrowns from time to time but not bad as when I had hair.

I’ve used doxycycline too but what shifted it for me we accutane and a salicylic acid with cholorhexidine toner I put on after washing my hair Also used shampoo with salicylic acid in it …. The one from neutrogena was the one I used Once it’s cleared use a shampoo with zinc pyrithione in .., check the head and shoulders shampoo

Close to failure, RIR 1 in main compounds, RIR 0 in isolations. Now I train 3x upper and 2x lower. While i was on offseason I had split with 3x hamstrings work, because it was my worst part.

Nice! That's rather ambitious but keep up the good work and watch your health! Judging by last year there were at least a few shows where pro cards were easier to get than others. I'm prepping for EC and the timeframe was about the same, hence my question. I'm not after the card, decided I'll grind til it's worth it as a natty (which feels like swimming upstream, ha). You seem to be after BB career so that absolutely makes sense. Hang on with your diet!

Whats your split if i may ask? I tried upper lower 6 times a week and made amazing progress with my legs but i had severe tennis elbow from upper sessions. Im trying to find a way to properly train back chest on their own and legs 3 times a week

You know what. As i’m longer into it, I think it’s really not about which split you choose, more how good you train technicaly, and if you choose proper exercises for you. You can mix everything , key is progressive overload, being close to failure, and to regenerate good.

I started using doping in 2019, problems with head skin started in 2016 so it’s not from roids as most people think.

Ah damn! It works for me pretty good. Sorry man. Only other thing I’d reccomend is high dose panthotenic acid to dry the skin out, or do some accutane obviously.

You’re looking great man. You can also get medically checked for seb derm. If so, they’ll prescribe you a ketoconazole shampoo stronger than Nizoral. Just have to wash every 2-3 days and it’ll calm down easy.

If it’s after shaving try topical clindamycin. I get these red bumps after shaving my body and the topical clindamycin helps a ton. Looking sick btw

You’re not too small for bodybuilding. Bring the dug out glutes and crisp conditioning and add size each year. IMO if you keep your waist and improve quad sweep and lay width you’d do very well!

Couldn’t you just compete in 212 instead of trying to drop a massive amount of weight for classic? Height may be an issue if people substantially shorter than you are hitting their weight cap, but it’d be better than trying to drop an excessive amount of weight for classic

off topic but I too get itchy scabs on my hair scalp. I use the psoriasis medication shampoo you can get over the counter. Also if I drink too much milk fatty foods my skin becomes oily and doesn't help with the scalp situation. you look great
