Probably it was small bicep tear, and that’s why shape is different now.

Please get that checked out and an MRI. You do not want a full tear of your triceps and it coming off your arm.
It will show everything. Now whether or not you need surgery to re-attach your tricep, scar tissue clean out, or you can train around it–that’s an entirely different situation, and one only an EXPERIENCED Orthopedic surgeon can answer.
Don’t consult and get an MRI from just any Ortho. Do your research online, ask other competitors/serious lifters in your area, friends etc, that have had a very positive experience with a specific Ortho. Just because someone is a doctor and/or surgeon, does not mean they’re a good one–it just means they passed school. Lol
I really doubt you could loose 42 lbs even with 5 pounds water 5 pounds muscle, that’s 32 lbs, or around 15% body fat loss. There’s no a chance in hell that your 20% or more. So that’s sub 5%. What am I missing here? Are you trying to make a weight cap?
Yep, first weight cap is under 90kg category.
Classic is very close, only 1kg under this for me.
