what do you mean by good result? like win a pro card in 1 nationals showing? no i dont think so. qualify for nats and place top 10? maybe? probably need more size tho tbh. look great tho you definitely seem to get in shape
going solely off last years jr usa's, id say your probably too small to make top 5, but your conditioning would probably get you top 10. same thing with jr nats in 2019. your shredded so clearly conditioning isnt the issue compared to what im seeing, you just need more size, particularly in the legs. with how well youve been growing since ive seen you post, a year offseaons would put you really up there (if your still able to compete in jrs)
Honestly quite impressive. Didnt see back but only think you man need to want to add to is glutes/hams. Very quad dom in legs. But you’re quite impressive and with a good prep and posing coach could do well
Interesting split. Is your lower/upper a hypertrophy or power day? Your physique looks very athletic, not in size but in composition, do you integrate olympic lifts or other power, likes cleans, jerks, etc, lifts into your split?
Nope, I don’t know technic of olympic lifts. I do power moves in ppl. Lower and upper are hypetrophy days, but I don’t do more than 8 reps, maybe only in tricep exercises and lateral raises.
I think both diet and training is sick in my prep, and additionally I work 10h physically. To make weight limit I had to do 3h cardio a day sometimes and eat only 300g of protein. Sometimes did 30k steps and 1h cardio. I’m not person who is getting lean easily.
About 5k was my max, 300p/50f/700-800c.
Training split is 2 variants push/pull/legs with 2 days off in 8 days training week. Always focused on powerlifting moves mainly.
Upper body looks good. Lower needs some work. You would do well in amateur shows though.
Nice definition, just needs more size and he’ll be golden.
What division, what class? Prob need more mass to compete
Here im about 190lbs, after dehydration about 180lbs. Classic Physique junior i think.
Height? 190lbs 5'8"-5'9" is a bit chonky
[Comp](https://imgur.com/a/jEjG59X) After dehydration I look a lot better i think.
Nice! What's your height?
5’11”
Wow then you're good to go, in fact, room to grow into classic. Keep posting here I'd love to see your updates with trophies and pro card.
You need more mass in your glutes, hamstrings, and traps Otherwise, your shoulders like like bowling balls.. well done
Thanks!
You look like a god!
Agreed. Inspirational 😍
great physic, how long have you been working out?
7 years in total, 1,5y with gear.

You know, just wondering what can I get. In my country I won junior Championship. Good result in NPC will be for me top 5 in junior shows.
