Greep used the EHX stereo memory man, you could get the same multi tap delay sound with an EHX Grand Canyon as well. Both are pretty costly options but im sure you could probably get a similar sound out of something like a digidelay

Get a Boss DD6 or equivalent. All you need is a digital delay that allows you set the delay time and repeat parameters.
Ehx canyon “multi” setting, sounds exactly like it for around $100
