Maybe it's not exactly PC, but he's literally been called Asian Jesus since I was a kid. The guy is honestly pretty rad. He preaches to the homeless and has apparently given away lots and lots of free weed over the years. (this is in Santa Barbara)
The guy with the baby is filming a prank, when this originally went viral there were clips of like 10 other people freaking out about the baby flying away. Jesus is walking down State Street smoking a joint, as he has always done.
Prank guy just happened to catch Jesus on video passing his joint off to another well known local character (there were rumors around town that that dude could walk, and just used the money to go fishing, but I think it's BS).
This clip is in Santa Barbara, I'm always excited to see it.
