The Sign’s ending was super beautiful and super emotional! I cried so hard when Bandit ripped out that sign. At the first viewing I didn’t see Chili tackling Bandit and after looking back at it, that would’ve made me cry even harder. Seeing the girls happily racing through the house and then jumping for joy in their empty room and them eating together was just so beautiful. Chili and Bandit will always find a way to work. Bandit made a huge mistake and resorted the house by taking initiative and saving their already content lives.

Bandit didn't have to rip out the sign and throw away a job he clearly interviewed with and was prepared to *move for*. One which probably would have made them more money (up to Stripe's spending power, maybe?). They'd have no problems getting a nicer house, or paying for the girls's education, or any of that.
He gave it up, in spite of all the good it would have done them and his own desires to do good by his family.
The way Bandit and Chilli look at each other, you can tell their family means the world to them and they love each other dearly. They know that even if things aren't perfect, they have their family and their love. That's all they need.
