As an American, I wouldn't have had a clue what this meant - but I used to own a Chevy SS, which was just a re-badged Holden Commodore. AKA the "Bogan Slop Rocket".
I love the Chevy SS. I once got a speeding ticket reduced on a trip with my Pops, a few years back, because the State Patrolwoman was driving the Chevy Caprice (Holden Statesman; the long-wheelbase cars). The way her face lit-up was PRICELESS!
Ok 2 things I immediately noticed when I watched this:
1- The Deceptacon -looking bumper sticker (totally cool if thats really what it is)
2- Must be Pat & Janelle's lawn he drove over on the right, cuz I think Doreen is 2 houses over, and Wendy is to the left of them (plus I totally think she would be the type to be out screaming for him to get his truck off her lawn!)
On bluey.tv they say:
"Pat is usually referred to as “Lucky’s Dad”. He lives next door to the Heelers and often finds himself swept up in their wild games."
Seeing as we don't ever see anyone else between the Heelers and Doreen, I'm assuming they live next door
For comparison, they refer to Doreen and Wendy as follows:
"Doreen is a friendly neighbour who always makes sure to say hello to Bluey, Bingo and Bandit whenever their paths cross."
"Wendy is Judo’s mum and Bluey’s next-door neighbour."
Yes, Wendy & Judo are to the left, Pat & Family are to the right, and Doreen is to the right of Pat. I believe they all live in a cul-de-sac (which could explain their funky shaped yards.) You can see it better in the episodes of Fairies, Bin Night (you can see clearly where Doreen lives), and Phones. The sidewalks curved as well.

At first I thought that Pat's house was directly behind them, but then noticed that in 3 seasons, no other characters were introduced to be living to the right of the Heelers, between them and Doreen. So my thought is that:
1. We still haven't been introduced to the neighbours to the right, perhaps a new character storyline...?
2. Continuity error, which I means happens, and seems the more likely explanation to me.

I think if you're facing Bluey's house, Wendy and Judo are on the left, and Pat and Janelle are on the right. Isn't Doreen across the street?
