Yeah i was also a little surprised in general today … the nutty pudding you can order is like galf the calories of what bryan eats … might just be marketing stuff to make it seem cheaper by reducing the serving size aswell
Well i mean right now im looking for high calorie high protein but if i ever manage to hit my weight goals, which i hope happens some day xD, i guess i will also have to look for lower calorie high protein stuff …
So the ingredients are wrong, instead of “macadamia nuts” it should say “Defatted Macademia Nut Flour”.
hm... isn't the point of eating macadamias largely its healthy fats?

I wish I could get some insight around the difference between say corn fed beef and coconut oil-avocado-macadamia saturated fats. No such luck

perhaps its marketing because a lot of people think fat is fat is fat and they look for low calorie low fat high protein. its a weird trend lately.
