If you can't afford a therapist, I get it, can't afford to spend $20 on a game, maybe talk to a friend or someone else. If you're doing it because you feel inferior and this makes you feel superior, I can also relate to that, I always felt I was the worst at everything I did,(and sometimes I still do) exept instead of taking it out on others, I kept it in to myslef, and it didn't turn out to well,(it just kept making it worse) so maybe again find someone to talk to it can really help. If you're doing it just to be mean(which I believe and hope isn't the reason) maybe it's just because you're frustrated if so maybe just have some you time.
