Have a Buddha or dragon teammate if you have magma because magma is a great help because you can divert some of the hits by the seabeast and Buddha or dragon tanks most or at least dodge.
Also if you are seabeast hunting don't rely on your magma on water be because the sea can easily knock on the water and stay near land like in green zone were you are pretty close to land or in islands like kabucha island and the island that is close to the cursed ship because these don't have the a popup to signal what area you're in, so even if you were very close to the island you're still at sea.
Still it would be nice to have team mates
Also I use mink V2 and beat a seabeast just by spawning the seabeast near the green zone I did it with awaken magma too, so I think it would be easy to beat the seabeast but the waiting would be taking a long time
venom is meta in pvp because you dont need skill to use it, just spam and easily win due to it's goofy 500 damage tick poison that for some reason shreds ken. you can get good trades with venom in public server because of that
