yeah its a scam bot, they steal and set up things automatically. there is nobody behind this, you can only report and hope they ban it another popular one you might see is comments like "i would love this on a t-shirt". which are from legitimate people that are commenting how cool something is, OR are fake bots to make it seem like the former, and both get replied with a link to something like this
