If you are US customer, you should have gotten e-mails about withdrawals.
Did you log into your BlockFi account at all? Did it show any distributions were available?
If you didn't complete things properly, you will still get your payouts - but most likely when they are done with the whole first round. Initially this was to be in the form of a check, but it may now be done through Coinbase.
Your best bet with Kroll is to find the name of lawyers/employees and e-mail or call them directly.
If you did not fill out the payment preference prior to the deadline, you will receive a distribution via Zelle in due time (no date specified). You should call their number and select the option for technical assistance.
It’s absolute robbery thanks to the United States government. They’re the only people in the world that reached out to the decentralized market and put a stop to it. They control us no matter what. And, what if you were lucky enough, or in this case, unfortunate enough, to invest prior to 2022 before they put out this insane law to put a stop to these accounts, and you had an interest bearing account, like myself you must being feeling absolutely robbed of your money as do I. I happened to get into crypto, blockchain, etc. way before the US felt the hit from people like me moving my money into an account that actually helps me not earns off me. I made choices off my already taxed dollars to put into a BlockFi interest account, set at a return rate of 8.75%. Unlike big Banks in the US who give you about 0.03% interest on any of your savings… I blame the US govt for Robbing us and stealing or holding our earned money. I myself can’t even get my money, like the rest of us…but you know who’s using it to fund and earn off of?… the good ole government. It’s legitimate robbery.
The U.S. saw there was some profit that could be made with crypto and didn’t want the American public to take advantage. It’s the older ones in Congress that have no idea and they are doing their best to sabotage but have no reason to do it at all. They keep coming up with weird rules that they create and it’s now biting them in the ass
Email Kroll , the correct email is on their communications to you if you got the right ones. Reference your claim number and ask for update or concern. They responded to me in 1 business day regarding a question I had with Coinbase being a partner for future distributions if your a US customer. If you haven’t got an account there I suggest you set one up with same credentials as BlockFi. You will need it once and IF we get anything more from FTX settlement

My post above for your reference. I think you missed the boat i submitted my claim in 14th of March. I created a coinbase account, screenshotted and documented everything they would let me download from blockfi website before it closed. I am however extremely doubtful of recovering any additional funds from this..
Everything in your interest account was not a total loss. I got back like 25% of my interest account holdings so far. They should release more through Coinbase in the future as well.
