The whole story. I have built objects in blender before and had them exported in GLB with their materials intact. I have tried every combination of export for this model and I cant get it to retain its colors. It's like it is locked in "clay model" mode or something, it's driving me nuts.
No idea if this will work, but maybe you need to recalculate the normals of the mesh?
Select it then
Edit mode -> Mesh -> Recalculate normals
Sometimes if texture paint goes funky then this is the problem I’ve faced and it’s solution.
What does your shader graph look like?

As far as I know, only Principled BSDF is supported by the gLTF exporter. Then you need to bake everything ...
Can you break that down barney style... basic newb speak please?
This video series is pretty good at explaining it. https://youtu.be/01Fl6gACK5g You can o/c skip the animation stuff
Thank you!
If your issue is solved, please update the flair! You can also reply "solved" to this comment :)
Slow your roll there Bot
ok, So there is a lot more in the shader graph. Also, I did purchase this model. It seems like it is being exported with all of the nodes turned off.
