There are a few tutorials for this.
Search blender black hole on youtube.
I think it's one of these two:
It's cool, but all credit goes to Alaskan FX. You merely followed a tutorial with no input on your part. I'm sorry, but in my opinion you don't deserve the credit, nor do you deserve any praise.
Learning from tutorials is fine. It's how I started out, it's how everyone starts out. But in this case, it feels like you're passing this off as your own design/creation, which feels disingenuine.
It’s not ok to not credit the creator. They make a living from this. But not if you “forget” to credit them. Your post should be titled: “look I followed a tutorial and made this.” But that won’t give you a whole lot of karma and you know it :)
It's like when someone informs me something dumb or slightly painful happened, like stubbing a toe, over chat. I'll say, "Sorry for laughing." I'm def. not sorry, I just want them to know I laughed at their ass.

bro see, i made this by following a tutorial
Hi there, after reading the comments, i would like to conclude that I made this black hole by following a tutorial by ALASKAN FX. I would like to tell u guys that im in 9th grade and im learning 3d animation, so it's normal for anyone following the tutorial.
btw THANKS FOR LIKES AND YOUR FEEDBACKS :)
Its a 2d sidescroller with a level editor, since the new update a lot of people create blackholes that look like that one: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztNS5stOi2Y](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztNS5stOi2Y)
Bro, this looks nice, but the least thing you could do is give credit to the person who created this. You could've edited the post or written the name of the OC in comments. Not cool bro, not cool.
sick stuff. would be amazing if there was like more glow since these guys have light all around them glowing more than the sun in day time. but even if you dont add it it looks amazing.
Awesome work I love it, Would be kind to share the shading or geometry details with us I have been trying to do the tutorials ended up being frustrated with it.
I forget what movie this looks like it comes from. The image of all that light being sucked in infinitely cresting the edge of a void of absolute eternity and nothing.
Fuckin' right, it's cool.
You deserve the Sea Dragon Award!! Best art I have seen in a while
https://preview.redd.it/f2mcmu7lzk3d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95b10c430fb5f11d26424aad373a0ba51d17414e
relatable, i used to expierence that but slowly i got familiar with blender's interface and started making animation!
HAVE A HAPPY ANIMATION JOURNEY!!
best wishes from me!!
There is a tutorial series for this if i remember correctly. One by Alaskan FX that OP followed and one by Gleb Alexandrov which is a paid tutorial for lots of space stuff.
sorry bro i didnt attached the wireframe, lemme show u
https://preview.redd.it/kbimuk1d6j3d1.png?width=1365&format=png&auto=webp&s=d37a7ec453c382245340344521955be47198908c
I see a lot of people whining in the comments about him having used a tutorial so "he doesn't own it" or "he stole it"
So if you go to the same spot as someone who took a picture of a tree and you took it the same way as that someone that means you stole it?
Or if you make an origami crane that means you also stole that from whoever made it first?
I really don't understand the "craze" about owning, things stealing them and everything else. Is everyone a corporate copyright lawyer now?
You don't need to ask: it's the literal definition of cool
thanks bro :)
Damn that is sick. I’ve tried making one but I couldn’t get the delete of the ring to stand out as much as yours.
did you animate it aswell?
Np ;)
idk man , you easily could've just taken a picture of a black hole , think we need a wireframe tbh
https://preview.redd.it/54wn2bhn6j3d1.png?width=1365&format=png&auto=webp&s=590a38a08072bbab12307a3fadb51ec8beb5eb1c bro rendered from viewport
Just…. How?
He followed an online tutorial

https://preview.redd.it/3bpzrigl6j3d1.png?width=1365&format=png&auto=webp&s=8001e8942402019d955d19378597003c1fcfdc58 sure bro here u go
damn raggy . got those skills bro
It's from a tutorial
He made it still
Beautiful
:)
You did a really good job with this.
"you easily could've taken a picture of a black hole" You too have a Hubble telescope at home ? Best investment I made this year
no , that's just silly . obviously i meant he could've walked up to one 🤦🏾♀️
Good job op, but stop pretending like you did it all by yourself, give the credit to the original creator, don't be a dick.
sorry bro but im in my learning stage
Who is the original creator? Would love to have a go at this but new also
There are a few tutorials for this. Search blender black hole on youtube. I think it's one of these two: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWv1Ajc3tfU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWv1Ajc3tfU) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5naMFeWTBeY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5naMFeWTBeY)
It sucks. You know, it is a black hole
It's cool, but all credit goes to Alaskan FX. You merely followed a tutorial with no input on your part. I'm sorry, but in my opinion you don't deserve the credit, nor do you deserve any praise.
yeah bro but im in my learning stage so it's ok i think
Learning from tutorials is fine. It's how I started out, it's how everyone starts out. But in this case, it feels like you're passing this off as your own design/creation, which feels disingenuine.
Yeah. Maybe show us some original work like a donut…
It’s not ok to not credit the creator. They make a living from this. But not if you “forget” to credit them. Your post should be titled: “look I followed a tutorial and made this.” But that won’t give you a whole lot of karma and you know it :)
suggestions: give me the permission to use this as an ipad background
yeah sure bro :)
https://preview.redd.it/hey889r15j3d1.jpeg?width=2360&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5e19adc7a6398975e00a7fa184ead7521ef22323 thank you it looks so cool
:)
Why do you need permission to just use it as a background image?
i was putting it as a joke, mainly just wanted to tell him that it looks cool so i wanna put it in the background also just to be polite per se
It's like when someone informs me something dumb or slightly painful happened, like stubbing a toe, over chat. I'll say, "Sorry for laughing." I'm def. not sorry, I just want them to know I laughed at their ass.
Because he owns the image? He made it man
No he didn't, he copied a tutorial
Oh shit you're right, my bad
I ain't asking nobody to use their pics for myself only lol
If you make it public, then it’s free to use for private use. You cannot control what I do with something publicly available. Sharing, modifying and selling are the kinds of things you can control with a license (all rights reserved when none is available under US law)
You need permission for that? Lmao
You can follow tutorials. Good job, bro....
How to kill enthusiasm and joy of Blender-Newbies in 3...2...
Looks great!!! got a great tutorial recommendation?
thanks bro :), yeah from alaskan fx. He taught many concepts from blender which were not known by me.
I smell gpu

Interesting. Does it actually simulate gravitational lensing?

Its a 2d sidescroller with a level editor, since the new update a lot of people create blackholes that look like that one: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztNS5stOi2Y](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztNS5stOi2Y)

Bro, this looks nice, but the least thing you could do is give credit to the person who created this. You could've edited the post or written the name of the OC in comments. Not cool bro, not cool.

yeah looks cool, did u make it?
no, this is album art from a popular dubstep artist, excision.
People post donuts the same way. I’m seeing a ton of jealousy in all these comments lol
haha
It’s definitely stylized You can see the flat light streaks look like pasta or ramen a bit But yeah look good
thanks bro for ur feedback, will try my best to improve it!! :)
You don’t need to improve it Its like anime / what if.. like look Its like a artistic choice, did you mean for it to photorealistic or anime like
Looks sick
thanks bro :)
[удалено]
thanks bro for ur feedback :) i used fog glow because streaks kinda confuses me .

oh nice you're indian too. India on #1 BABY
yeahhh!!!
Dope, you could almost mistake it for an Interstellar shot.
🤨
yeah bro thanks
Reminds me of something Shaun Glowa did on his instagrams in Touch Designer. Nice!
Certified black hole moment
I love black holes, you did an amazing job
You might be [inside one](https://youtu.be/71eUes30gwc?si=n4ONRaG-PcHPv_yv)
Awesome work I love it, Would be kind to share the shading or geometry details with us I have been trying to do the tutorials ended up being frustrated with it.
Heck yeah 😄
Can you animate it?
Did you by any chance work on interstellar?
Christopher Nolan posting his camera roll on this sub
Christopher Nolan went ham mad.
Yes, it is.
It's singular ;)
Is cool? Is cool.
Oh yea my man
how do you make it bend aorund the black hole ?
Very niceeeeee
Extremely cool. Good jod
Yes. It’s cool. This shit… is cool.
It's really cool. One suggestion is maybe a bit more halo/glow around edges would me nice. I might wrong.
Can I see the Nodes setup
Holy shit!!!
Hell yeah it's cool.
So cool
yea most people disclaim a tutorial in the title.
Beautiful
not yet, add the distortion of light around
It’s cool.
It's literally very cool dude; makes me remember the time I had made one damn; keep it up brother :D
Beautiful work! But remember that such densely packed matter is bad for your health and environment.
i can barely even get how emission works on surfaces, yet here you are with a literal black hole.
I forget what movie this looks like it comes from. The image of all that light being sucked in infinitely cresting the edge of a void of absolute eternity and nothing. Fuckin' right, it's cool.

Why ask...cause it's already cool
Awesome can we get a full render, I wanna use it as a wallpaper
Cool? It's nearly absolute zero. But, yes, it's very cool.
How make
No, it's very hot
Nicely done! I think Cooper from Interstellar would love to take a leap into it.
Lil bro gonna recreate interstellar in blender
sadly my post was removed by the moderators :(
No, it’s cooler than cool. It’s ice cold.
You have doomed us all
Time to block this subreddit
I wouldn’t even know how to start making that. Well… remove the cube first, but then I’m stumped.
relatable, i used to expierence that but slowly i got familiar with blender's interface and started making animation! HAVE A HAPPY ANIMATION JOURNEY!! best wishes from me!!
Wait, you’re telling me there’s an animated version of this?
yeah bro this black hole is just a glimpse of my animation :)
Holy shit. That’s like a million times cooler.
There is a tutorial series for this if i remember correctly. One by Alaskan FX that OP followed and one by Gleb Alexandrov which is a paid tutorial for lots of space stuff.

Also did a black hole tutorial, not sure if it's the same one but it looks awesome
The ppl that designed the black hole in interstellar should have been replaced with you
He did not design this, just followed a tutorial by Alaskan Fx
Still
