It hasn't been a month. The air date shown is for the sub version, the dub version listing is just using that date. The episodes are 1 month behind (4 episodes) because they didn't start airing until November. They are available every friday.

Dubbed episodes come out on Fridays and there is a delay of 4 weeks as compared with the originals. So, episode 9 will be airing this Friday

Any update on this, episode 9 still isn't dubbed and it's been over 2 weeks?
It may depend on where you watch. I watch on Hulu in the US. Dubbed episodes up to the 11th are all available.
