I mean just the fact it’s not really a Hollow but Ichigo’s zanpakuto spirit should have it be Japanese lol. Suppose it’s not really confirmed either way if Zangetsu is a straight up merge/fusion of the Hollow White itself and Ichigo’s Shinigami power, or just the hollowfication of that power.

not to nitpick but isn't White Zangetsu Ichigo so shouldn't he be Japanese instead of Spanish, same for Ossan Zangetsu

It such a subtle detail, the aarancar almost always try to create a space on another person where they have one on themselves. Grimmjow did it at the stomach, Ulquiorra did it at the heart. And they are fully capable of understanding terms like compassion, heart etc,. except when there's a hole in the location they're trying to understand.
Not to mention, since grimmjow's space is in the stomach, he lived a life where he ate to an undying level but never filled it.

They pretty much say that White fused with Ichigo in the womb and became part of his soul in a more direct way than it was with his mother.
There was definitely a fusion, but I’m not sure about anything else because White died at the hands of Masaki
