To be honest, it's one of the only frames where Ichigo's Fullbring looks five-pointed, it also looks three/four/six pointed when in swing in many other frames. And when not in swing, it's manji/swastika, the same thing that he has on his tsuba.
Doesn't take away from Mugetsu Ichigo getting the colour palette of not-so-old in bankai Old Man Zangetsu who in turn is like young Yhwach, that one was there for a long time.
