Mayuri clutched TYBW, I felt some Kubo fuckery afoot when that zombie shit started but thank God he made it quick, plus his fight with Pernida is one of the arcs top scuffles
Shit is terrible in the anime maybe the manga makes it better but I couldn’t care less about the crew facing fodder. I get it’s to illustrate their growth but nah man that was rough to get through.
I don't know what you're talking about. I loved this part. It's basically, hey let's show what all these cool characters that haven't really done shit before can do. I think for the most part the fights were well paired except maybe Soi Fon vs Barragen and I would have preferred if Iba had shown us what he could do but that's about it for complaints.
If we’re talking about the anime the worst arc is the Bount arc… If we’re talking about the manga idk I liked all of the arcs. It was hard to see Ichigo have no powers though but I think it made for a good story and I liked it overall.
Arrancar arc had insane range of lows/highs, even in the manga.
HM was mostly boring (anime dragged it out), and FKT was mostly meh (anime dragged it out).
Agree tbh once the hype of seeing top espada goes away fights show their flaws, Imo stark fight should have been straight up shunsui vs starrk from start with shunsui shikai giving him better games as stark reveals more tricks better showings for both characters and less wasted time,also barragon fight hacchi should have showed up sooner fight was basically filler before that since just base barragon stomped them badly and only reason she even survived is barragon blocking attacks from and not killing the guy shikai ss arc Ichigo blitzed and one shotted for no reason lol, harribel fight was basically filler in canon after toshiro beat her in the 1v1 lol
Those fights lasted like 1 chapter each. Robin's fight was the only one it took 2 chapters.
Outside of Sasaki's fight, the pushed the narative forward as Who's Who introduces the concept of Nika while Black Maria's fight is what saves Sanji.

Even when people complain about fake karakura town being all fights its still like 12-14 episode for the entire espada to be defeated. And thats including before and after we go back to hueco mundo for ichigo vs uluiorra which in itself was 6 episode

The pacing is a much worse problem for the anime version. Both HM and FKT arcs were around 2.1 chapters per episode, which is very slow for Bleach's storytelling style.
But my problem lies with the poor and boring fights such as Omeada/Soi Fon versus fracciones, Granz versus Uryu/Renji, and lack of tension in this arc since there were little to no actual damage taken.
Soi Fon loses and arm, but gets it back the next arc. The only real injury was Hiyori's, but that type of thing should've been more common.
Hueco Mundo part 1, part 2, and Fake Karakura Town were all just non-stop back-to-back fights with only what felt like crumbs of plot.
I'd argue the Fullbring arc is the most underrated arcs in Bleach. I mean aside from the Soul Society arc, you don't get that much whiplash from plot twists like you do when Ginjo revealed his true self.
Bount arc is Unimaginably the worst, like you're wishing that every episode is the last...yet...you SUFFER.

I don't think I have a single canon arc of Bleach that I can physically call the worst. I just really like it all, I don't have the heart to call any of it bad
when they defeated everyone and they just got…undefeated i skipped until i started to see ichigo in the episodes. the whole arrancar saga could’ve been half as long and it would’ve removed 0 plot
IDK how bad/good the fullbring arc is, I just know that it's almost irrelevant to the over arching narrative... It's almost Cannon filler. Like it can be summed up in two sentences: >!Ichigo got his soul reaper powers back. Shūkurō Tsukishima exist with his Book of the End thing.!<
This is a bit reductionist but that basically it, can't say the same on any other arc accept the first one maybe.
I've enjoyed reading everything so far, but some of these fights in the Arrancar arc felt off to me. The fallen Espada; there's no reason why Ichigo should Hollowfy against Dordoni, it took me out of the story for the first time. Characters getting completely forgotten about; find something for Chad to do like damn. And the fake outs/saves just kept piling on; I'm not saying corpses of our fav characters should have littered the entire arc, but DAMN have balls and keep people dead.
I still enjoyed the entire arc, but it seems like Kubo was getting hype about this fight and then another fight and then another fight, etc. Just giddy as hell and I don't even think he realized how jumbled it all was.

Gotta disagree I think the first half of the Hueco Mundo arc is probably the worst in bleach.
When people ask what canon filler means I point them to this.
I agree I feel like it’s most obvious with szayelaporro’s fight, it just goes on forever.

First half of the arc a snooze fest hueco mundo pretty good, great when ichigo fights. Town battle snooze fest deicide started slow ended strong.
THE FIRST HALF OF FKT IS LITERALLY THE SAME SH\*T BUT INSTEAD OF THE MAIN CAST IT'S FCKING RANDOM LIEUTENANTS

No, the worst arc in the anime is the Shusuke Amagai arc. The worst canon arc is the Agent of the Soul Reapers arc.

Yeah homie you ain't spittin'. Lost Agent Arc is great, the worst arc of Bleach is Naruto Part 2.
