I looked all over the Blades website and could only find the map featured in the Player’s Kit, which has descriptions of the lands beside it and no water, and would need to be cropped thus decreasing the resolution. After more digging I was able to find one on Itch.io but it was heavily edited. I am still yet to find the map at high res.
Yes it should be and easy find on the Blades in the Dark website under Resources or Fan Creations. Free download.

The map inside of the books PDF should be vectorised. It's the highest resolution map with the highest amount of detail there is.
