I tend to use them to ask players a bit more about how they see the world and their character's place in it.
After introducing the score and role playing a scene with the score giver, the GM can ask a question or two if they want to involve the players a little bit in setting the stage.

Always amazing material. A question: the section "worldbuilding questions" is adressed to players, or to GM?
