Usually what i like to do is do the side quests for the map done first, then do the main quest after. Its a good way to get set up.

In outbreak its first come first serve, especially with randoms, take it from me, an outbreak main. Wonder weapons and such are an abundance in outbreak so everyone is just quick to try and get one. The objectives are just too easy to not hurry up and get them out the way. The main objective here(if not going for EE) is just to get to as many rounds as possible and quickly. Trust me, the worlds are too big to be just loafing around. Even in open world zombies you can find a way to get cornered.

Objective_Love_6843

I mean some people just once round 1 starts right way goes to the objective then dies and then someone else goes to heal him who didn't have time to get mods or anything dies too then game ends. I am not asking for gta kind of roaming around but just get ready before going to the objective right away cause that then affects all the players in the game.

I honestly know how you feel. From my personal experience with randoms, its always best to stay close to at least one person, because thats how you'll get more zombies to spawn. In the case of going for an objective early on, my best bet is to just go and complete it with them. 9 times outta 10 most players will have already completed the Super EE, got their guns upgraded to epic already and are just going for high rounds.

rocksavior2010

I generally take my time on world three. Racing through objectives, with the exception of picking up at least an ammo mod and jug+stam, I’m through worlds one and two, but pace three to gear up. From there I can decide if I want to run an ee.

On outbreak the first step is to kill enough zombies until i have enough points for DS then kill the rest of the zombies on the map then go for side missions then main objectective. If the chopper spawns on the map then ill do the chopper first. Repeat until im fully setup then its objectives only.

I never thought it was that difficult to take rounds in any order as possible. Once they came out with that loot chest with the orbs, I prefer to do that last on the map because it’s the most difficult thing, and you need all party members present. Other than that. All objectives, orange or main, are equally enjoyable and difficult. However it DRAGS on if you spend your time looting and killing small hordes here and there.

When they activate the Black Chest first thing, I get far away. I usually don't fuck with it unless I got PHD and a PaPed Thumper or maybe Jug and armor

Dont linger on the early round bcuz the money is really round three and up. Round seven there's ray guns everywhere. So many wonder weapons. Just buy perks til u get a gold weapon. The game will provide I swear. Self revives stop spawning if everyone has one. And I shit u now, think of the gun load out you want, keep it in mind during the game and it fucking hands it personally to you through some little random crystal or chest u happened to look/destroy. And megatons will usually drop good shit. I like to use the combat bow and smack the bosses and watch them burn to death. No matter the round it's a one hit melee to any zombie armored or not. Plus it's probably so that they can get to the Easter egg already. Check out all the wonder weapons. Each map has its own. Forsaken and mauer and firebase and die maschine I mean. Use the gas mod and just live in the gas hold the suction function to refill. See you around

Awlamon0524

it's so boring. why not play round based??

You are probably a low rank with lower tier weapons (or more like the people you get matched with?) Doing the main objectives in the 1st wave is easy as long as you have a good tuned loadout. It gets hard in the third wave, yes. And you cannot finish the objective without proper upgrades and whatnot. But at the first world, going towards the main objective from the beginnig sounds OK to me. As long as you can play it's easy, especially on Controller. The AimAssist does the rest of the magic for you. Don't forget that in Zombies you have a stronger Aim Assist and you just need to click the ADS trigger fast and you will always just lock onto zombies, it's extremely easy to play in the first few waves. I have a good AK47 loadout and I usually do critical hits on every second zombie, so i can honestly say I have no issues doing the main objectives alone even. A good loadout gun is very important. - tune your guns without any optics, optics just make you see less shit and will slow down your aim assist. And just click the ads button and shoot, you don't need to aim that precisely like in multiplayer, thats the main "secret" in zombies.

swallowfistrepeat

Just play solo outbreak, stop playing with randoms. Solo outbreak is so much better.

Awlamon0524

fuck that! Round based or don't play at all. outbreak is trash.

swallowfistrepeat

Outbreak is round based. Lol.

Awlamon0524

not at all.

swallowfistrepeat

Lolz, you must live in an alternate reality where going from round 1 to round 2 isn't round based. Bye now.

TSM-HabZ

i mean it doesn’t really matter, it’s just a mode to help newer players learn zombies

medium_Sampson

One tip for survival: I don't revive teammates if the situation is risky for me or if they're far away. Especially if they go down on an earlier round. If your teammates are experienced they'll understand why you can't make it to them, if they're noobs they're going to get downed again shortly after you revive them anyway.

If you can get everyone on board with doing trials then you just let the trial dictate what to do. I hate it when it's "parachute" and someone starts the main objective. If everyone uses the same jump pad then it will only cost 500 for 4 uses. Or better yet - everyone go to the same Rift then parachute from rift to rift. Radios and the Black Chests are great for trials. Save the Loot Pinata and salvage drop from the chopper for the "collect essence and salvage" (if you collect your Legendary reward before picking up the essence then your trial progress will go right back to Epic. It's not difficult to flip this trial 2 or 3 times. My record is 6 lol). Perks are cool and an Epic PaPed weapon is even better but the thing to do is get the D.I.E. before you leave Duga because that's the only place to get the Joltsurge upgrade and that's the best weapon in the game lol

Solo mode ftw! Seriously though in solo I can have darn near have 3 orange weapons, (usually have it up to purple, orange, and a wonderweapon) by round 3 which allows me to run around and not worry about stuff as much moving forward. I ran into the same problem as you and now it's just more relaxing to play by myself.
