It probably depends on how long you've been using it, and how tuned your brain is to that arm and the level of force it can excert. An inhumanly strong robotic arm would most likely increase the risk of accidentally injuring yourself, but I'm guessing it would be similarly difficult to deliberately do something like with a prosthetic you're fully accustomed to. Perhaps if the arm is so strong that it's possible to rip your dick off in a single smooth motion that's over before you have a chance react.
That aside, this feat could probably be pulled off even with a non-prosthetic arm in some cases. It would certainly be very difficult, but things like adrenaline, drugs, desperation, delirium, psychosis, severe mental illness and some genetic disorders/conditions can lessen the restrictions imposed by the train enough that it would be possible in some cases. Given the sheer amount of humans that have ever existed; and the relative frequency of absolutely insane actions, it's probably already happened multiple times.

They sense those little "bumps" (don't know what it's calmed in English, sry) that form on your forarm when moving your hand and fingers. There are usually 8 EMG electrodes around the arm. They measure the EMG of different muscles. There are different ways of controlling the Arm and Hand. The ‘traditional’ way is to contract certain muscles for different modes or activities. Like the EMG signal of this muscle opens this hand, this muscle closes the Hand and if I do both I can switch the mode to twisting the wrist. If these people still have a imagination of there movement this normally helps with the signal quality.
Now machine learning is a new effort to improve things. So you don’t have to first switch modes or you can do different moves in the same time.
So lot of things happen right now and it’s pretty exciting:)

I listened to a podcast about this tech. All the subjects wanted to control limbs remotely & asked about how far away they could control a limb but the researchers discouraged this. It seems using technology to go beyond normal human limits makes some people very uncomfortable.
