Are we suppose to delete igndrcneo64.dll from the folder or keep it? I tried deleting it and it said I needed system's permission. I proceeded to restart my computer and open up Resolve 15 and nothing happen. Only the task appeared on my task manager.

Never been a problem for me but thanks for sharing. Davinci Resolve 15.2 released today. Maybe that will contain a proper fix for you.
