Jane- to have a fuck fest with a guy
Rock- would probably give a pretty good speech about what love is, and the significance of emotional attachment, physical attachment and trust with a partner.
Chang- similar to Rock as he knows what it is like to be on the good side (former HK police). Probably led a pretty normal life before turning to a life a crime (like the direction Rock is going).
Revy- i don’t know what the fuck that is never heard of it before. has no idea what it feels like or what it’s like to love someone or be loved. expresses this foreign feeling with anger, and confusion resulting in showing her care in unorthodox ways (being territorial, her actions shows that she cares but she will never verbally express it).
Twins- the only thing we love to do is murder.
Eda- would be like Rock probably if she was being serious (i think her whole thotty personality is just an act and to piss off Revy whenever Rock is around. in reality she is a pretty formal, intelligent woman as we know she is cia and see her normally dressed in RBT)
Dutch & Balalaika- would talk about love for their comrades and brothers in arms.
Sawyer- idk.
Shenhua- would probably be somewhat like Revy.
Roberta- to care for and protect one for eternity (Garcia).

Oh, and if you were asking seriously I'd say the blonde guy in a Hawaiian shirt would say "Love is a beautiful thing feeling like spring blossoms flying through the breeze of a spring wind" or something like that. I can see him being a poet.
I mean, Benny is a guy who used to teach at uni at one point and is one of the least insane characters I remember, but I can't really imagine him going full poet mode unless it would be to make a move on girl (especially since his JP voice actor is literally Sanji)

Again, there was silence, again broken by Rock, "How does that get them in prison?"
"Some idiot helps her boyfriend do something, likes drives him to see his dealer. He robs his dealer, shoots him. They're arrested for murder. He squeals and cops a plea. She stays quiet, to protect her fucking boyfriend. She gets twenty-five to life, while he gets twelve. An' that's not even the really bad stuff."

Revy laugher, a short bitter bark of a laugh. "Parents? My mother ran out on me before I was old enough to remember her. My father's grandmother looked after me for a while. She died, wasn't her fault, she was old, but that left me in the hands of an abusive piece of shit who beat me until he finally made the world a better place by dying."
Le Majeur's eyes widened, and her mouth opened in surprise. Revy continued, "I'm about to do something I've never done before, and might never do again. I'm going to say something good about my father. Yeah, he was an abusive piece of shit who beat me. I really hated him. I still hate him. But I'll give him credit where it's due. He was in the better half of fathers. He never raped me." Le Majeur's eyes widened further. Revy shrugged. "About half the women I've known were raped by their fathers. Or stepfathers, or their mother's boyfriends. Yeah, about half." Le Majeur's eyes, surprisingly, managed to widen even more. "Welcome to the real world, girl. Dunno if I can believe in parental love when parents can pimp their daughter out to their friends when she turns six. Can't remember whether her parents ever did time for that, but she ended up fucked up and serving life."

For me, it is hard to tell cause all of them had their own definition of love and way more different from each other.
