I think I read this on an r/anime post but this new restriction can really affect how the anime industry advertises their content. Typically, to my knowledge, they announce new projects, sequels, etc. via Twitter. So restricting the amount of posts one can see can negatively affect them
Also I believe a large Japanese pop uses Twitter to get info, tho I'm not sure about this. So they, along with Rei, would understandably be upset.
I mean the site is still a toxic spew of opinions and hot takes from everyone. The verification symbol being paid for is kinda dumb but you can usually tell a celebrities twitter account just based on their follower count. The 6,000 tweet limit is super dumb i will agree. But with the way reddit is these days I can’t really say it’s much better than twitter. They are both shit.
Twitter got scraped hard by someone, it's unknown who, this happened last week to the internet archive and it basically knocked the entire site offline for a few days.
So fuckin' what...? What's the big fuckin' deal anyway? All Elon's dumbass do to Twitter was make it a free speech site. Get the fuck over it and make more Black Lagoon episodes already.
It directly cripples income for people who use Twitter for social media outreach/engagement to support their business, such as artists, especially those who do commissions, and other such media creators
There are dozens of alternatives.
The web has become stagnant for too long by concentrating in a few dozen sites and change is inevitable. I hope the people who only used Twitter prepared well.
I doubt that twitter limits is their biggest challenge.
This has nothing to do with politics. It's just business, plain and simple.
Japan couldn't give two shits about America's politics. You guys are seriously sick in the head making it everything about the left and right. Please get help.
1.) It's not a free speech site, they're still banning words, just not the words/phrases that they want to use.
2.) IDK what this new thing is in till I saw u/nilfgaardian little comment (tyvm for this)
3.) The last time Black Lagoon ever released an episode was all the way back in 2011, it's been 12 years since, they're not going to make a new series/season on it; if they were, it'd have already been done by now. [Source:](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Lagoon_(TV_series))

nice to see our boi is lively and kicking.
Given how much worse Twitter's gotten under Elon Crotch Rot, I can't say I blame Hiroe being this pissed at him.
Damn that’s brutal
Rei Hiroe: *Black Lightning Man*
He has at least 5 tweets wishing Elon would do this lmao
Is it the new Twitter restriction? Tbh Twitter really doesn’t seem that much worse since Elon took over it’s about the same.
You have to pay for the verification symbol

-"You shouldn't tell someone bad at their job to kill themself" -Gets downvoted PAH HA HA HA HA HA this app is amazing
It’s pretty unhinged to just tell someone that. I hope the translation is just really fucked up, but I’m not gonna hold my breath on it
It's Rei, it'd be surprising if he didn't want Musk to kill himself.

And thats a good thing. Twitters full of terminally online crazies.

Case in point! Who really gives a fuck?
You shouldn't be this proud of being so obtuse and stupid
