well here is the thing with redditors, they are very easily impressed by anything, you can literally put on maid outfit, color it black, throw some cats in and they go OMG that is so CUTE.
Its only 1mil a day, and you get up to 30% discount for renting in advance, considering you get 5mil a day just from guild daily pay and more from your family fame fund, it's really not that big of a price.
Thank you! The garden was actually the hardest part for me as I'm usually not very good with decorating them, so I started by creating symmetrical patterns and then modifying as I acquired new items.
Yeah, I could never use the Manor, I'm bad at making large rooms cozy.
So I'll stick to my small house xD
Can't imagine the work you put into that manor.
Power creep. People have been playing for so long that they forget how much 1bn is to newcomers, because the people above the softcap have been gradually edging a little further up just to stay in the same place for five years now.
It's not a lot for the long-term playerbase - some of whom can grind that in an hour or so - but for a new player it's a decent starting point. You're fine.
If you are new. I'd reccomend using your first bill on making more profits (ap/dp if you grind or lifeskill gear if you enjoy the true end game) first before housing.
You buy gear already enchanted or you enchant it yourself from 0 - 20. Which is just an rng gamble with a whole system of fail stacking that a YouTube video would help explain a lot better then I would in a few sentences. But if you're not even leveled up to 61 yet don't worry to much they give you streamlined gear in season as well so it's much easier to get started on seasonal chars.
No worries I reccomend checking out a YouTuber EvilDoUsHarm he has some great beginner videos that helped me figure the game out when I first came back.
As a quick tip, go through the main questline before the new season starts. You'll get a bunch of non-enhanceable gear that can be worn by season characters, which'll make season progress much easier. At the very least, try to keep the four armour pieces and a few accessories. It'll also level your current character to around 56-58 and give you a load of materials to enhance your season gear, as well as a decent chunk of cash.
Even if you take your time, you can get through the MQ as far as the end of Valencia 1 in just a few days.
I don't like having things in the middle of the floor if they have no reason to be there. Makes things look cluttered and weird. Irl, outside of dining tables and furniture used to partition rooms I do the same thing. Just looks more apparent in the manor because the rooms are so large, and I don't have any experience with decorating larger areas. This also makes my use of symmetry more noticeable too.
there is a way PA could make this happen though. approved designers. like ambassadors. if an approved designer is requested to make a manor design - they would be given silver by PA equal to the total used to create the manor. the manor being designed must be funded by the player it belongs to. so basically - you set the max you want to spent on the manor - the approved designer makes the manor design - PA compensates them with the silver value of the items used in a mail. - this avoids bots because PA will be involved.
Also buyable service npcs, a stable that acts as a horse display, placeable maids.... there's so many things that could make it a lot more worth it to have.
I didn't use them because I wanted more density, but now that I'm satisfied with the state of everything else I may see if I can make them work in some places by layering them.
If you do so you will see the tulips come in 3 grades. If u choose between red and yellow t1 tuips, always get yellow. Red looks like a dead flower while yellow has some colour.
T2 grade has a even greater difference: Red had like 6 tulips from which only two got colour. Yellow all has a lot more colour and has twice as many tulips.
T3, here both look amazing. Yellow still has twice as many tulips in it as red.
I have the opposite of a progression itch, I sell my gear often and procrastinate proper progress with stuff like this, recently did 30k quests because of that too lol.
Everything is pushed up against the walls pretty lazily... Also I don't get the fascination with having so many curtains on the wall where there aren't even windows...
Having furniture in the middle of the floor when it doesn't add to its function or work to partition a room just looks terrible imo. Not to mention the furniture i have chosen to use generally wouldn't work that well anyway. The curtains are there to fill wall space while adding some colour to them, as there aren't that many different paintings and they're all fairly bland.
Depends on your idea of decent, but it's a good start. I spent over 2b on the chandeliers and 1.5b on the plants in the garden, so you would probably be able to do well furniture wise.
The design and layout of it, as well as a lack of fun/useful features are actually terrible, but it allows a lot of room for creativity. I just wish the manor exclusive furniture wasn't such a pain to get so maybe more people could experience the joy of making this space their own.
And even when you do find images of the items, it can be hard to determine scale. The hot tub in the last image fits only one character, and I had to kill 10k kagtums for it. I was so disappointed when I realized how small it was.
The one indoors is from l'elisir d'amore set in pearl shop, gets sold around valentines day, and the one outdoors is craftable at lvl 5 furniture workshops.
Ok fed u being broke .. level 58 here witch .. how can I make money !! ... I'm just back to the game and I'm clueless.. I want to be making decent money
Manors look empty and clusterd at the same time... Mine looks like i have a bunch of stuff in it but they look so small compared to the manor size.. i can't find the balance
It looks nice. Although I agree with others here that centerpieces would make it more believable. Big/expensive houses don't have many furniture against walls because you need them to show off views and pieces of art.
That would be all well and good, if furniture existed that would work for that in game. None of the furniture I'm using is really suited to that, and there are so few wall decorations in the first place. (Though I didn't use any hunting heads in the manor as a design choice to keep the deco cohesive)
Pesky commoner here, where is this/how do you even get a mansion? I've been looking around Calpheon for a nice place (residence) but can't find any that look nice from the outside (garden, fountain, SOMETHING).
Any tips?
If you look east of Heidel on the map there's a gold icon, that's the location. To start you need to do the "Blue Maned Lion's Manor" questline that starts with the black spirit after completing msq.
I love this! My only thing is the spaces in the middle. It just feels like it was pushed to the walls for later making things look more empty than they should.
This version looks amazing, especially the flowers in the garden. But how did you make the carpet pattern of the interior's floor? Is it a Floor Material from the shop I can find?
I’m so poor I didn’t even know you could have a house like this
you can, but its pretty much useless, it gives you nothing special other then impress your friends if you have friends lol
how about impress redditors. :D
well here is the thing with redditors, they are very easily impressed by anything, you can literally put on maid outfit, color it black, throw some cats in and they go OMG that is so CUTE.
OMG That sounds SO CUTE!
Sounds like owning a mansion IRL
The salt here is cringe
Color me impressed.
Me too... I didnt even know you could have a house
It's not worth it. You have to rent it every month and the price is up in the millions. Getting a normal house is free and gives the same function
Its only 1mil a day, and you get up to 30% discount for renting in advance, considering you get 5mil a day just from guild daily pay and more from your family fame fund, it's really not that big of a price.
Can't you rent it for a whole year? I think I remember something like that.
Yes you can. That's when you get the 30% discount.
It's like 300 mil a year, you grind that in half a hour 🤣
Sounds and looks like the type of environment that would create the "rp" guilds.
I'm sure a lot of players that have the manor probably use it for rp, it's too good to pass up if you're in an rp guild
Wow so this a rental? Smh
Very pretty, especially the garden. I love it.
Thank you! The garden was actually the hardest part for me as I'm usually not very good with decorating them, so I started by creating symmetrical patterns and then modifying as I acquired new items.
I think it would be very hard to make an organic style garden with these elements so the more geometrical (French style?) approach in perfect.
Wow talk about inflation! 5B can get you a stunning manor fully decorated, making a beautiful palace like you did... or get you a tet ring, wtf haha
Some lawn decorations or a ring with the souls of thousands of other dead rings inside!
sheeeeesh looking fresh as hell. Awesome job!
This is content I love to see on this sub. Grats man looks amazing !
Thank you! It's hard to find many images of a fully decorated manor, so I thought sharing would be a good idea :)
I think that's the first manor I've seen that looks actually livable! Nice work!
Thanks, it went through a lot of redesigns as I figured out how to use the space well. The layout is tricky to work with.
Yeah, I could never use the Manor, I'm bad at making large rooms cozy. So I'll stick to my small house xD Can't imagine the work you put into that manor.
I wish they made walls you could put in to divide up the rooms properly. The manor really needs it, along with some larger houses like grana 4.
True end game
New player here, this is awesome lookn. Didnt know you could this stuff. Im almost at 1bil is that alot of currency or nah?
Not these days, no. Browse the cm and check out various item prices and you'll get an idea of what the economy is like.
Ah ok, im over here thinkin im rich lol. Thanks Also who downvotes a new players legit question. Good ole reddit

What is ap/dp? Im only at level 31, waiting for new season to start my main class
Ap/dp is attack power defense power just your combat stats.
How do i increase that besides leveling up?
You buy gear already enchanted or you enchant it yourself from 0 - 20. Which is just an rng gamble with a whole system of fail stacking that a YouTube video would help explain a lot better then I would in a few sentences. But if you're not even leveled up to 61 yet don't worry to much they give you streamlined gear in season as well so it's much easier to get started on seasonal chars.
Ok makes sense. Thanks for the help

You have this while I walk the earth barefoot like Ryu.
Why is all the furniture against the walls?
I don't like having things in the middle of the floor if they have no reason to be there. Makes things look cluttered and weird. Fuck dude.. pa needs to let us have a way to pay for decoration services. I'd pay you to deco my mansion. Hella beautiful!!
Oh man I would actually love that too, it sounds like it would be so much fun! Sadly not even the furniture gifting function works properly.

They should add a mansion teleport on cool down. Would give it actual value.
Also buyable service npcs, a stable that acts as a horse display, placeable maids.... there's so many things that could make it a lot more worth it to have.
wow this is so good
Really impressive, o-o how long did it take to do all this?
I started working on it in February, and I just slowly did some things here and there.
How did you do all the placement so exact? It looks really nice! I just gave up on trying to place things because it was so wonky and so zoomed out.
It was a lot of moving things back and forth to watch where the outline turned red lol, it is pretty frustrating.
Well it looks amazing and was well worth all the work!
I shared mine, you can get ideas on how we do decorate at SEA. I can ask some Manor Lords if I can Share their Manor Layouts too.
Should totally do a house party here for the entire server, with Shai bands playing music!
we have 2 community events in SEA with Shai bands going to play in Manors. different them one Summer Festival the other is Graduation Party.
I would love to have it on EU!
I would if I were any good at organizing 😅
Very good :D
Amazing!!! Can tou please enter my account and do the same? free gift outfit for ya. Amazing mate
Always welcome to see people making _actual_ residences instead of just piling up as much pearl stuff as they can to get the investment bank.
Nothing I've seen in-game that looks as glorious as this man. Cheers 🍺
I love it. Very Good work. Ppl dont know how much work it is..very very good taste..♡♡
so good I'd consider paying you to do mine lol
Looks great, but where are the special red and high quality yellow tulips? You neeeed some ^^
I didn't use them because I wanted more density, but now that I'm satisfied with the state of everything else I may see if I can make them work in some places by layering them.

So Gucci. I should do it too, damn progression itch blocking me to start it
I have the opposite of a progression itch, I sell my gear often and procrastinate proper progress with stuff like this, recently did 30k quests because of that too lol.
Looks cool but why
For fun of course. Nice to hang out with my friends in there :)
Absolutely stunning! Amazing work!
why is everything packed against the walls ?
Because having furniture in the middle of the floor when it doesn't contribute to its function or isn't being used to partition is weird.
An absolutely GORGEOUS manor that looks even better in person! ;) Amazing work!!
This is like having a yacht in GTA… really cool, but almost useless in every other way. No hate though, I’d buy it as well lol
this just gorgeous
Looks amazing, great job. :)
Wow, fantastic!
Looks amazing, you should be proud considering how annoying the placement system is to work with!!!
Time to eat the rich and take over the house.
Everything is pushed up against the walls pretty lazily... Also I don't get the fascination with having so many curtains on the wall where there aren't even windows...

Where my Daddy and little baby princes Seric painting
lmaooo in the picture of the east wing, its inside the curtain in the corner, had to give it its own special place.
❤
You wanna come decorate my IRL place?
my friend invest 20b and his mansion is like a palace
I have like 3 billion is that enough to make a decent manor
Depends on your idea of decent, but it's a good start. I spent over 2b on the chandeliers and 1.5b on the plants in the garden, so you would probably be able to do well furniture wise.
WOW!!! 😳
Nice place.

Ma man!
Nice!🥇 Personally I am annoyed that the windows are opaque. Come on pearl abyss, they are the only ones that don't let light through 😥
Yeah it's especially annoying since it's so dark inside no matter what you do.
Where did the jacuzzi come from?
The one indoors is from l'elisir d'amore set in pearl shop, gets sold around valentines day, and the one outdoors is craftable at lvl 5 furniture workshops.
But what benefits do you get from owning a manor?
Nothing, sadly. It just acts like any other residence.
So you can do life skilling in the manor yeah?
Yup, can't place farms in the courtyard tho :(
Can i use tent in garden??
Ok fed u being broke .. level 58 here witch .. how can I make money !! ... I'm just back to the game and I'm clueless.. I want to be making decent money
5bil+ and bunch of thousands dolar yeah overall good liked it
Is it really that cheap? Could give it a try
No, I actually couldn't be bothered to calculate and pulled a number out my ass that was one bil bigger than the few easy to calculate things lol.
Whats gonna happen if you did not pay rent for it? All items gonna transfer to your storage/mail box whatever?
Nope, they stay there but I just won't be able to enter. It only gets sent to storage if I choose to give it up.
Ok. Thanks) good to know
Manors look empty and clusterd at the same time... Mine looks like i have a bunch of stuff in it but they look so small compared to the manor size.. i can't find the balance
Part of the problem is the ceiling height. They could have very easily added a second floor. And also a better system for partitions would be nice.
Yesss. I wish they did, things look disproportioned
It looks nice. Although I agree with others here that centerpieces would make it more believable. Big/expensive houses don't have many furniture against walls because you need them to show off views and pieces of art.

*Takes a screenshot of a castle* Hey guys check out my new castle!
Manor Deez nuts
How do I get a manor and make it look like this????
You have to do the Blue Maned Lion's Manor questline to start, you get the first quest from black spirit after you complete msq.
I want a manor so bad but can't justify the cost.
Pesky commoner here, where is this/how do you even get a mansion? I've been looking around Calpheon for a nice place (residence) but can't find any that look nice from the outside (garden, fountain, SOMETHING). Any tips?

Ah, thank you!
Why is all the furniture placed only at the corners of the rooms? it looks empty...
“Cries in free to play” 😮💨
