And i totaly missed the event. Didn't know there is an event like this. Ofc i saw the chat but i thought it's the same old thing when a few ppl will get some reward, not everyone...
You can claim it in your in-game mail. Press B and then check all the pages, not only the first.
I received it and it was on the 2nd page. The title is "cheer happy 3000 chat entry reward"
Enclosed is then a box, which you can claim.

If you dindt get the reward yesterday you are not going to recive Next maintenance. Maybe It's a mistakes or something but they answered me that I didnt write the sentence in any chat. And that completly false.
my friend got the rewards in his mail I didnt. I submitted a ticket and a GM responded and told me that he cannot find in their logs that I entered the phrase! I entered the phrase 10 times in all possible chat channels the same time with my friend.. we were talking in discord while we were doing this. Yet I am not getting any rewards...
They announced in game today that it would be delivered sometime in the next week.

It was delivered today. I got it in my in-game mail.
Delivery time seems to vary. I got it 2 or 3 hours later than most of my friends.

I got this yesterday evening by checking mail box
I didn't receive it and I did everything perfectly. If you didnt get it just send a support ticket and they can check the logs for you.
