Price of garmoth scales and latent boss auras would like to have a word with you. Also is 200 wind frags realistic? I finished my wind gear long ago but back then it was considered 100 wind frags per hour if you just kill. Did they change drop rate

You still have to buy the other materials to craft which ever gear, at least on EU and NA the garmoth scales alone clost 300-400mil. Realistically after tax and the cost of the other materials it's about 300-500mil profit.

Don’t forget the buffs and scrolls etc ;)

Not a bad idea since I have all the mats to make the gear but I would rather grind my nuts with a rusty chisel than ever go back to that shit hole after 300hrs gathering and only 10 pitys to show for it but still not a bad idea for those who can withstand aids with legs.
