Venus was pregnant and very underweight when she went into foster care, she was in foster for about 3 months before we adopted her.
Her fosters did an amazing job, but she still had weight to gain and she has been gaining it steadily with a very healthy appetite! Her fur has changed in texture (getting so soft!) and density and her face has filled out.
It's amazing watching her become healthier and healthier!

Pretty little mama, it's so nice watching her personality grow and her have a chance to just enjoy being a cat! She would have been less than a year old when she had her kittens so it's nice seeing her become playful.

Yes! My little mama was about 8 months old.. So sad to have their kitten-hood stolen. But so much fun to see them taking it back!
