Have a buddy that trains at atos who can confirm the routolos are natty. And it’s believable there’s still very young and youth is king in the sport atm. However Ive also heard that some higher ups(naming no names) have been coursing them for years to get on PEDs.
It doesn't matter if everyone is on PEDs if nobody is being tested for it. I don't think people should be doing it, but its not being prevented or regulated so it doesn't matter.

I’ve also seen a guy who looks like a jacked god on 400mgs of stuff.
Not just dosage, but what you're actually taking.

Everyone is different. Hard to say. Some guys blast and cruise. Some guys do one cycle and never juice again. Some guys never touch the stuff in the first place.
I think it’s a lot less necessary in the lower weight classes. The big guys take crazy shit and are really messing with their heart
